If you could put together your dream rock band using any combination of artists, living or dead and from any genre, who would it be?

do you think it will be any better than the first one?

i waited until the first one came out on video to watch it (thank goodness i would have been ticked to have wasted so much money) and wasn't really impressed. most of the movie was boring just waiting for a few good bits. is the second one going to be any better?

i'm listening to my youtube playlist as i write this and just wondered what some of you thought and what your favs were. my answers are as follows....

fav monkey.... jackson, although honestly i really like them all they're just all so talented (not to mention hot)

fav song... orson brawl, kolpix

fav improv...hats, drunk dialing, restraining order, skinny dipping, cupcake,hot dog...oh so many i can't pick just one

album vs. improv... really a 50/50 split although i do love the improvs :)

next album....black diamond, invisible monster, hats, drunk dialing, cotton candy, are you afraid of the dark

fav youtube...hats & orson brawl @deisel (in philly i think) jackson looks a-freakin-mazing in those vids. *no, really they are just great videos and if you watch orson brawl before hats part of the wording in hats makes more sense*

Has anybody been to one of there concerts and what did you think of it? They are going to be in concert in Oklahoma City on October 8th and was thinking of going.

Okay, so we've all read the books and seen the movies and if anyone asks who you like better between Fred and George its almost always Fred (I even choose him myself and think it sucks that he was killed off). They were both wise-cracking, mischief-making guys who never let the rules deter them or backed down from a fight so why the preference of one over the other?

Just a hmmmm thought after reading through one of the HP surveys that pop up on here.

clouds and rose petals,

slow and intense, the feel of you with me.

cool breezes float in to chill our heated skin.

hearts pound, eyes close, and breath catches on a cry,

the air sizzles around us as thunderstorms and thorns take over.

the mood changes as the storm builds and comes crashing down.

lightning flashes as bodies keep rhythm with the rain,

softness gone, urgency begins, pleasure on the verge of pain

nails bring blood to your skin, as your hands wind into my hair,

face to face as we crash, breath of two becoming like one,

cries are wrenched from our lips as star bursts fill our eyes.

i am actually interested in finding enlistments for german troops. my fathers side of the family is from germany although he was second generation american born. a relative of his has done some genealogy research and has some names of relatives still living in germany at that time, also a picture of a man in a uniform that was sent with a post card. i have had a friends husband and father-in-law (both having been in the u.s. military) look at a copy of the photo and both agree it looks german, possibly an officer, i don't condone the things that were done in germany in ww1/ww2 but i am still interested in who may have served and in what capacity. any useful suggestions would be appreciated.

who would you have matched up in a duel?

okay yeah, neville started out being not so great, but he really evolves during the series. and in the last book he's like the co-hero of the story so why didn't he get a girl? harry got ginny, ron with hermione, draco with ?.. if he did get someone i missed that part, if not why? and who would you have picked for him?

*gasp* at the thought but what would your answer be?

i would probably chose swing/big band (i know that sounds corny) because it has a range of songs. upbeat, slow, sad, etc, plus i really love that era.

can anyone tell me if this has a meaning. i remember only small pieces of the dream other than that, which i remember fairly vivdly. it went from right to left in a starry night sky.

the commercials for survivors new location talks about how it is an unspoiled eden and how it's untouched by man. so who else thinks that it's really wrong for them to be dragging contestants and camera crews, etc through there? i mean if it's so unspoiled why mess with it. what kinda impact are they going to have on the area? any thoughts?

almost every time it rains or is damp and cool we get slugs on our walk and drive way, is there a way to get rid of them? can you put moth balls around the house, salt or what?

i have thought recently about going to school for one of the following positions, any advice or input about these jobs would be great. thanks.

1. physical therapy

2.respiratory therapy

3.radiology

any other suggestions on similar fields would be great too.

has anyone seen the trailers? do you think it will be as good as the original since the original cast is in it again?

the book is by karen marie moning.

the stories involve a girl that went to ireland after her sister was killed there. after arriving she starts seeing fae and winds up with jericho barrons. my question is what or who do you think jericho barrons really is?

i like both book series, but i think harry dresden kicks a@@. he is totally sarcastic and funny. what is your opinion?
