I'm 8 months pregnant and my family has a trip planned for labor day weekend. They plan on going to a place here in the panhandle of florida called Vortex springs. The water there is 68 degrees farenheit. There are lots of activities I can do, such as canoe, tube and swim, but Im not even sure if I can get into the water or not. Im afraid the water might put me in preterm labor. I have no idea, but Im sure my dr would say if in doubt just don't go..His office is closed or I would call him. I just don't wanna have the baby early because I got in water that was too cold.

I am 7 months pregnant and Im a waitress at a steak house in florida. My trainer is the daughter in law of the owner of the resteraunt. I have been in training almost two weeks, and I have worked my *** off. Never once has "I can't, Im pregnant" fallen out of my mouth. I took in a dr's note on Thursday stating I needed to be on light duty due to a nerve problem Ive been having, and she told me if I couldnt do my job that I needed to quit. Since then, she was rude to me, giving hateful criticism, evil looks, and just being plain mean. saying things like, "If my baby looked like that I wouldnt show off that sonogram" behind my back and telling me to lift things she knows are too heavy for me, and making me do tasks that are potentially harmful to myself or the baby. (heavy lifting, unsafe work conditions, etc) and at the end of the night last night she accused me of stealing tips. She pulled me in the office and asked me to empty my pockets, which I did and there was no money in them. She then asked me to take my bra off, money could easily be hidden in there. I refused and almost walked out, but then she said that would be like admitting guilt and they'd call the cops. I asked her why she would accuse me of this, and she explained that it had happened to her before and she was safe guarding herself. I explained to her, Im not those people who stole tips from you, and she said "I dont know you for ****". she was verbally abusive to me, but there were no witnesses, she did this behind closed doors. And it's a family ran business, so everyone will take her side, and since Im new, cast me as the liar, the odd man out or what have you. I have since been fired for calling out the next day (today) because she humiliated me the day before. what legal recourse do I have? can they do this? I dont think I want my job back but the way I was treated was immoral and unethical. What can I do??

Legal issues with child custody?

My husband and I used to be extremely violent and abused drugs. We have sought treatment but during our journey to become better people we had a few set backs and our parental rights to our twins have been terminated. We now, a year and a half later, have better lives, stable jobs and are off all drugs and alcohol and have had no police interventions at all. We are pregnant again and we need this baby. We (me) will literally go insane if we lose another child. We are sure the state of florida will rip the baby out our arms the minute I give birth so we want to leave state. What are the chances another states would do the same? I need all the help/tips anyone can give me, lawyers feel free to step in I need help. I already love this child more than I love myself, I would do anything to keep him. Im only 2 months so I have time to further prove my ability to safely and stabily care for a child.

My parental rights have been terminated. My twins are 5 and a half, and their father and I had a huge problem with drugs and domestic violence. I have become pregnant again, and wish to keep my baby. I want to know what the likelihood of the state of Florida letting me keep this baby. The father and I are no longer together and I am much more stable, and completely rehabilitated. I want to keep this baby I can't lose another. Please someone give me a ray of hope.

I constantly envision that I am not alone. Like when I am, I will talk to myself, but like there is someone else there with me. I usually envision this person as a celebrity of some sort. I will have long drawn out conversations, where I know no one is there, but I am talking like someone is talking to me. I also envision celebrities being with me during normal activities, like washing dishes, etc. I think I might be crazy, this has been going on for years. People walk in on conversations Im having with someone who isn't there, and I know this person isn't there, but Im talking to them anyway. It's usually male.

I have been clinically diagnosed with Bi-polar 1, borderline personality disorder, adjustment disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and a few others I can't remember, but never schitzo or anything like that. The only meds Im on is klonopin, and prozac. Why am I like this??

He is about to be four, and he doesnt speak. He has a two year old little sister interpret for him. My little sister, thier mother, has a newborn to care for, and Im worried he is being over looked. He has crying fits, he hits himself, he only says one syllable of a word, he makes animal sounds instead of telling you what the animal is. He is potty trained, and he make eye contact and is very affectionate, but maybe that's only b/c Im family and in his little circle. I want him to talk, I want to reach out to him and bring him out of his shell. He is a bit of a loner, and I wanna help him...any ideas?? We are trying to teach him sign language as means of communication

I'm dumb when it comes to electricity, but when I am out on my back porch at night, and my neighbors ac comes on, it shorts out our outside light and our back porch light. It just dims it for a brief moment. Could they be drawing off our electricity some how? And How do I correct this? Could this be making out electricity bill higher?

OK, I didnt read any of the books and I was a 17 year old standing inline midnite the nite it came out. but I did buy it, b/c I love vampire movies. Im not really in love with the movie, but I cant stop watching it. I put it in and watch it once to twice a day. is this normal? I mean the movie is ok, not great and I think it was poorly scripted, so why do I watch it all the freakin time?? Anyone have any clue?

I am a dancer, and I do great pole work and dance routines, I have an above average looking body, average looking face, I am higher than normal intelligence, but I have such a hard time being flirty. Which is part of my job. I have a hard time walking up to a stranger and starting a convo.. I need to know the gift of gab that will get these men into the private dance room with the gift of gab. any help is great. Thanx in advance.

I have chronic insomnia. I have to be up in less than 6 hours and I have to sleep. But since I don't have any sleep aids, and warm milk and counting sheep doesn't work for me. I can't just lay down and try, b/c I will make too much noise tossing and turning and everyone else in the house is asleep and I can't watch tv. what can i do to fall asleep and fast? any help would be great

I have a set of four year old twins, and due to a domestic violence situation with their father,(on his part) and a subsequent substance abuse problem,(on my part) they were removed from my custody.

His parents have custody. We were about to be reunified in Sept. but their father had been arrested again. I recently got supervised visits back, and since my kids haven't seen me in a long time, when they go back to my in laws, they act out, and cause trouble, b/c they are lashing out for me... They cry every time they have to leave, etc.

Since this has happened, my in-laws have hired an attorney to fight for legal and permanent custody. I have finished my case plan, except for Batterers Intervention prog. and substance abuse counseling, which I am currently doing both classes. I have complied with every other aspect, such as random U.A.'s, counseling, psychiatric meds, etc., in order to regain custody. I have even left my abusive husband, and am living with my mother.. I need to know, in any ones' eyes, what the chances of my mother in law getting perm. custody of my babies?

She wants all visits to stop due to the children acting out after their visit with me, and she refuses to believe they are acting like this b/c they want their mommy.. What else should I do? I have a lawyer, but she is state paid, and doesn't really give a crap...Someone help please??

On my under ware line I have a huge lump. I've tried to "pop" it, but it doesn't have a head, sometimes I can get something out of it, mostly blood. Its very unattractive and it hurts. I am a dancer and it shows when I am wearing T-backs, or thongs. I have tried acne treatments on it, tried to lance and drain it also used razor bump cream and other treatments on it, but it won't go away...It drives me crazy and I don't know how to make it gone, and I have no insurance so I can't see a dermatologist. Any tips or suggestions? Has anyone else had something like this?

I am a smart 24 year old female. I know being a star crazed groupie is just stupid. Chances of me meeting and wooing a celeb is far fetched but I keep having dreams about a celeb and I being together. I wont mention his name, but it is always him, even though Im not obsessed with him. But why these dreams? Always the same person, he and I being together? How do I stop my dreams or are they some sort of foresight into the future? Or is that even more stupid than believing a celeb could actually love me?
