iv been working 3rd shift for 9yrs now. i think its time to move on. how can i go about trying to tell my loving husband that i want to find a 1st shift job,around here ?jobs are so hard to find an almost every job you have to go to 3rd.

dont get me wrong ,it pays great. we have three small children an i want a life with my family.

what are some ways i could go about taking to him? his a very understanding person. my income is what pays our Big bills . like house payment 1500.oo a month car an truck payment 460 an 260 a month. my husband has a great job an has been at his jod for years.

my 8yr. old can not stand to go to school. there has been times were i have to go set with her. she is always sucking her thumb an looking around the room as if she is in her on little world. my daughter is a very smart child. loves to be around others an help out. but when it comes to school she drives me crazy. iv tryed to set down an talk to her an she just smiles looks at me an say ok !

what do i say or may help her like school??? makes good grades just dont have a care in the world about school. yes i know she is young .
