I know it's a long term recurring glitch that user names occasionally revert to a question mark, but mine has been like this for about a week now. In addition to having no avatar image for months, I might as well be anonymous.

I'm not a jewellery person at all, so I'm not confident about making the right choice.
It's an expensive pendant that I need to buy a long length separate chain for. However, the person in question is seriously careless and clumsy. There appears top be a multitude of designs such as curb, chain, ball etc.
What design would be best? Thanks.
