Is there anyway to make 2 drives on an external hard drive. Because i need to format it for something but there is too much stuff on there.

I still get notifications i just wanted to know if i can receive messages as a text.

One of my friend was telling me that he is on this new plan where he works out his whole body everyday that being [ Bench press, squats, dead lifts,and such.] except one day he lifts heavy and the other he lifts light but he does the same muscle everyday.. I know your suppose to let them rest and for 48 hours and all that but is this good in anyway helping you get tone or bigger?? (Hes lost weight since he started doing that tho)

So im getting back into running, or.. trying lol and every time i go on the tread mil i get shin splints. today i was running on 5.5 for 4 min then resting on 4.0 for 1 min did this for about 30 mins and when i was done i had them is there a stretch i can do or maybe run a different style?

So i have a friend that keeps trying to "convert me" he means no harm from it but he keeps saying asking me why i don't believe in "god" or "happiness" not like jesus or anything just like happiness and hope and stuff and i don't really believe in anything not so much an atheist or anything i just don't believe in anything so.... what should i tell him?

Okay before i ask i just wanna let you know i have nothing against gay ppl i have friends that's are gay mainly my best friend and shes lesb same thing with my gf's friend who is also lesb.. but anyways i just saw an ad on "should gays be allowed to get married" and my question is does it really matter? there's bigger issues in the world and every ones freaking out about if gays should be allowed to get married come on.. its just like the legalization issue i mean who really cares people!!
