I just started a job where I have to stand all the time, and I've had problems with pinched nerves before (esp. in the back of my hips and lower back.) Last year I pinched a nerve that made the left side skin (esp the lower extremities) numb so hot felt cold anmd cold felt hot. It gradually wore off, but it's been a week and I can't really say I can feel more improvement. The bottoms of both feet and the back of my right leg, as well as the skin of my genitals is mostly numb, to varying degrees. The back of my right leg feels cold, and it's just beyond disturbing to not be able to feel your own butt. :P Do you have any ideas or know what this is, what I can do or how long it will last? I've been stretching, but it hasn't really done much.

I have audacity, which lets me edit audio. I want to know if there's a program I can dl for free that lets me copy the audio track from a video file and turn the audio into its own mp3 file.

I downloaded Audacity, but I can't do what I want. ALL I NEED is to copy pieces out of MP3 files and make the pieces their own MP3 files. Maybe Windows Media files as well.

I have songs that are winamp media files, so nothing but winamp will play them. I need a free converter to turn those files into windows media player files or MP3 files, preferably windows media files.

I'm making 2 capes, one from some fabric that looks and feels a bit like wool but is really something like rayon or polyester, and the other has taffeta and kind of stretchy velvet. The rayon and the taffeta are already unravelling. I was just going to sew around the outside of the fabric, then make the seams. My friend suggested some iron-on thing to fold around the ends to stop them. What can I do?

I need a free and easy-to-program forum site that allows me to customize it. I also need one that can allow me to either password-protect certain boards (so only certain people can read/post on it) or will allow me to change people's accounts so only certain people can read and post on certain forums. So basically, I need a free, easy to use forum that will let me limit who goes where and reads what on specific boards.

The headlight switch in my 1998 Dodge Neon is set up really badly. You have to turn it down to a certain point (which is not clear) to turn off the dome light and the headlights. Not turning it off to the right spot slowly drains your battery *without any lights being on*. Clicking it past the end turns on the dome light. Is there anything I can ask a mechanic to do to make the OFF more obvious, instead of it being a vague area on the dial? Anyone else had this problem?

I really can't find them anywhere. I live near Vancouevr, BC, and no one has even heard of these cards for the PS3 game, "The Eye of Judgment". Any ideas? I'm also willing to drive over the border to northern Washington state.
