Getting ready for my first national show and would like to know what to expect. I already did a couple open shows.

I work at GNC and the government is going to start baning totally 100% legal supplements. such as gaspari Novadex xt and Gaspari Halodrol liquigels we are getting a list of the products that we aren't supposed to carry anymore. I don't understand this bill i wrote a letter to my senator about it. Its crazy but you can get pain killers and prescription drugs which actually kill people and can become addicts. but your putting a band on 100% steroid free supplements is it just me or do you think this is complete bs

I work at GNC, and it seems every other guy that walks in always ask me what supplement will get them big and huge like Jay Cutler. Today this one guy asked me if he took Muscle Tech Supplements when would he start looking like Dexter Jackson .

I have been training for 4 years i still consider myself a beginner. I feel like you will always learning new techniques and new training tips. I really don't think you can call yourself even a intermediate lifter after 7 years. Even at the level that Jay and Kai green are at i am still sure they still learn new things everyday.

Anytime my Friends comes over he is ok, but it just seems to by my gf. Every time she comes to visit or stay the night he barks and growls show her his teeth and even nips at her sometimes and every time she tries to hug me or something he wont let her come close to me. Is there anything i could do to make him stop acting aggressive towards her.

I know i need to drop alittle more body fat but are there any tricks to increase vascularity in the legs i have awalys had the hardest time getting that dry grainy look in my legs.

I think Phil Heath or Dennis Wolf will make a big impact.

Personal i think he looks great and has some awesome legs almost better than Eric Fankhouser even better if u ask me.

I only use Gaspri supplements he deaf knows what he is doing when it comes to makeing supplements.

Has this happened to anyone else and how do i get it out. I parked my car and i notice my key wouldn't come out the ignition it feels like it is locked in the ignition but my battery is still on how do i get the key out of the ignition.

The reason i ask this question is because ive seen many guys get upset when there told they should change there diet up or try different techniques but instead they get mad and upset and rather do things the hard way and get disappointed in the long run. if your aim is to be a bodybuilder i think the more you educate yourself and let people who know what there talking about help you with your diet and training program i think the better off you will be.

A highshcool in a small mississippi town has a white prom and a black prom, but they have a integrated senior prom. my opinion on the movie is i think it's sad that alot of people are still closed minded like that but i think its good and it shows people can change.

This girl i work with told another girl i work with that she is really into me and likes me, so i go and ask her out and she says yes but here is the hard part we talk ever day emails and at work and we have alot of things in common but its been a week and we still haven't went out yet and she is always hanging out with her friends so dose she really like me or just leading me on.

I don't really feel that close to my parents i never really have, feels like we have nothing in common i moved out when i was 18 and i really don't call or talk to them that much and i don't really miss them is it weird to feel like that or should i make a effort to be more closer to my parents.

My girlfriends best friend dates this guy that treats her so bad and talks to her really bad and puts her down, last night they came over for dinner and we were having a conversation and she says something and her boyfriend tells her to shut up the F up because she is dumb and doesn't know anything, and i had to step in and say something to him because i really don't like when men disrespects woman. But why would a girl put up with this kinda of guy for ?
