I am allergic to cobalt and nickel allergies and get very painful reactions all over my back and face. Every dermatologist I have seen that specializes in contact dermatitis keeps treating it as acne and will not really tell me why. I am at my wits end trying to keep this controlled and my face looks like Freddy Krueger.

My girlfriend was born deaf in 1994 and she got her implant in I think 1997......She is obsessed with cars and motorcycles I am about to get us a motorcycle and she says she cannot ride it because if she gets into an accident they will not be able to give her an MRI because of her implant, but she is willing to sit behind me when I go riding (does not make sense to me either).....I was also wondering if there was a special helmet I could buy her (which is a surprise) so she will be able to wear her implant I do not know which model she has (if I ask she will become suspicious) but she says she is apart of the "first generation" of implants.....I think she is about to get the new upgrade for the outside portion of her device.......(oh and please do not tell me buy her a snugfit because she has one and she says its to uncomfortable.....any information will be great even if it answers just one question.
