I would like to attempt an indoor year-round herb garden. I am interested in mints and lavender for teas and I would like some others for cooking. What would be some good ones for beginners? Also what are some good resources to turn to in regards to indoor herb garden/organic gardening?

I want to display the finished art in their room (ages 8,5,2).

I'm going to dispaly their canvas art work in their room! What type of paint do I use? I was thinking acrylic?
