Can an attorney withdraw from a case, even though there was no payment involved( payment was agreed afterwards on the case). The attorney decided to get on the case, 1 year and changed into it, the attorney said to meet in court, then gave a last minute call stating to meet in the office instead, and gave bad news about withdrawing. Saying, they have more important case to handle, after a year in and asking for documents and such. All this time was wasted, why not just say in the beginning?

Ok. I have a Receiver and its good, all simple connections are good (ex. connections from TV to Receiver, or cable box to Receiver, laptop to Receiver etc..). Here's the situation, I have a laptop which I want to connect to my HDTV using HDMI of course(when connected it works good). The sound on the other hand I want it to go to the Receiver. I've tried connecting the laptop to the tv using HDMI(for image), then putting AV cables from tv to receiver(for sound) and it does not work for the sound part.

-my Receiver has many Hdmi ports

-HDTV has Two.(1.is HDMI[DVI]{note: this port is the only one I can use for connecting my laptop} 2. is HDMI)both are inputs and have their own source independently

-laptop has one HDMI port

I connected my laptop to the Receiver and of course the sounds goes to the Receiver. Now Im wondering if there is one cable that can actually use 1.head to laptop and 1.head connecting to tv, while the end is connected to Receiver???..is such thing has even invented?

and what are HDMI Switch for? and can it be used for what I want(LAPTOP to TV and to RECEIVER playing all at once)

OK, so my bro just received his blood work results. He came up with a 5.48 HSV 1 IgG, he called and they asked him if he have or had(out break, sores etc..) he said no because he never did. They told him he has to take a drug for it. It will be fine since he doesn't have the break outs.(if you asked me or us we are both confused)[note: last time he had sexual contact was about a year and a few months. according to him].

now for the drugs,which are the ones he can take for him to be free out of it, and can he go to the pharmacy just order them or he needs a doctors approval or something,

I'm just curious. Space is beyond our imaginary thoughts. we have known few planets but I bet you there is more. Considering the fact that space is huge do you think we are the only planet with living species? if so explain.

Think about it, they say that the planets that surrounds us there cannot be no way there is life as some scientists say. But have you seen our planet real deep under sea? I saw this show long time ago in Discovery channel, that they went so deep under sea that they had to use some sort of a special mini submarine that can with hold a massive amount of sea pressure(occupied 3-4people). When they went to investigate they saw all these new species of fish never seen before(they are under sea with no sunlight what so ever, and the sun is our main energy source). They even saw a fish that literally looked like a floating bag so delicate and yet how the heck can it with stand all that pressure under water with that type of deepness. As further more down they saw shrimps that were using energy from the under sea volcanoes and stream(it was like their Sun for them)

the question is..with all these extreme living condition that organisms lives on. Do you still really think that there is no life out there other than us?

I met this girl, and I know her for two years now, this year I talked to her more because she was on two of my classes and we hanged out more often. everything about her fascinates me, shes smart, gorgeous, successful, and have everything that I'm looking in a girl.

THE PROBLEM: she has a pathetic boy friend and their relationship is for 2 years now. he treats her like **** for no reason(with words no physicals), always arguing, always making her cry, and breaking up with her.

when they broke up, that's when I came by and was friends with her, I never knew her situation until few months ago. we had something going on after they broke up but then they went back together again, and broke up a few months later(ugh) she came back to me and that time I gave her a chance to forget about him while I'm with her as a friend and having great times. Everyone thought that we were going out because how close together we always were, she knew how I felt about her and I knew how she felt about me. a few weeks later I was about to ask her out, but before I did that I started to noticed that she was always with him and talking to him..and right before I asked her out I ask her does she have feelings for her ex?

HER ANSWER: yes and very strong feeling

I told her how I felt about her and this is the very first time happening to me, I never felt like this for a girl. she told me that she never knew that she had an affect on me like that(which is bullshit because she knows well) and that she is sorry. she later said.; "idk why I'm back with him is that I love him". after that she kept repeating I don't know.. and I'm thinking..how the hell you don't know your status in your relationship?!. knowing myself I make sure that my girl knows our status in a relationship and I'll make sure of that...she says that she is too used to him, she says that I have everything that she wants in a guy but she still with him....and now, 1 month after(present) they broke up again...she knows my feeling towards her 100%..she likes me I like her but she wont let go of her pathetic Ex or boy friend..

I'm only 19 years of age, most girls say im very attractive but that doesn't mean nothing to me, and no.. not any girl can have me..I'm very difficult when it comes to the right girl..
