I allowed an acquaintance of mine access to my debit card and gave her my pin number. She took out 100 dollars and returned the card to me. About a week later I noticed almost two thousand dollars taken out of my account(all 300 dollar withdrawals) What has happened is that this person took my card after returning it to me and made all these withdrawals. I reported this to my bank and was told that since I gave out my card and pin number they are not responsible for all the fraudulent charges even though the card was returned to me and then taken later. My bank told me they would do an investigation but in the end they would not be liable and I would have to sue the person that took the card

I purchased some jewry on eBay. It was sent to me priority mail with signature confirmation. After not receiving my order for over a week, the seller sent me the tracking info. It showed it was sighed for by me. I know I never signed or received any package so I requested proof of receipt. My name has been forged. I then called the post office and was told that the the postman did sign for it and used his "decoration" in signing for me and just leaving my package. Now eBay refuses to refund my money because the seller has proof of a signature. Do I have any recourse in this?

My iPhone 4s is does not seem to be holding the same charge as it did a year ago. I have apple care plus and called support. They set up an appointment with me to bring it into the store. Can they actually test the battery? I don't want to spend an hour driving round trip and two hours in the store only to be told there is nothing they can do or that my battery is fine for a one year old phone.

I never would think this would happen to me. I started noticing several charges on my cards that where not mine and I disputed them. I then got a copy of my credit report and found several accounts that were opened up in my name. I thought this was just a random thing until one of the credit cards that I never applied for asked me if I knew an " " Well, I was shocked. I'm all set and this will be taken care of. But what should I do about this? I don't want her to get in trouble but at the same time feel betrayed. She is also an accountant so I think she should have known better and could picked a richer person than myself. Finally, i'm concerned that someone that would do this should not have access to peoples personal info. Should I turn her in or just see if she can explain this?

This is harder than it may seen. I created a facebook account, forgot the password, and no longer have access the the email I used when I created the account. I have tried everything except starting a new account which I really don't want to do. Any suggestions would be appriciated.

I have always thought that enriched products are bad for you. Today, I went to the grocery store and stocked up on what I thought was Whole Grain. Turns out it's Mantia's angel hair. I really stocked up on this to save money. But I thought it was whole grain. I have no heath problems but don't know if I should return this. It's a case weighs over 70 lbs. Am I making too big a deal outta this or should I be concerned. Please be serious on this.................I have helped a lot of people on this site and request the same in return,

Last week I was driving a rental car and took a corner too fast. I ended up hitting a curb. the tire was blown out an I belive the front axel was broken as the car was not drivable. I called the rental cars road assistance ans waited for over an hour. It was about 98 degrees and very humid. A driver of another car stopped and asked me if I needed a ride. I took the ride home and kept calling the rental car company and described where the car was again. About two hours later I got a call from the police dept and they told me I needed to turn myself in. I told them I waited for over an hour and finally took a ride from someone. It's been almost a week and I have not heard back from the police. Considering the only damage was to the wheel of the car and there was no damage to the curb do i need a lawyer? Please only serious answers and please no judgement calls.

I Just got got the above phone with a Verizon contract. Unfortunately, I dropped it on my tile floor and the glass shattered. The phone works fine but Verizon told me I would have to pay 400 dollars to replace this phone. Is there anyway the just the glass can be replaced?
