Does the guy code apply for online friends?

I know that the code applies for any dude after you spent a 24 hr with, but does it apply for virtual and online friendship?

Many Countries in the world are considered as Secular state, which means that the country stands neutral in regards of religion.

However, many of these countries have flag that is related to a specific religion such as the Cross in Portugal Flag or the St George Cross in England.

My question is: can a country claim that it is Secular State while it has a Religious Flag?

it is like every restaurant in my city claim have a secret ingredient, but the law enforces any food maker to disclose all food ingredients? how come is it secret if they disclose it?

I have downloaded two video files with extension of .wmv

the two files have the same name but with layer of 001 and 002

when i open the first file, it plays perfectly but in the half of movie it end

when i open the 002 file, it plays so quickly without a sound or video

both files have 75MB size

and i have re-downloaded em twice and their was no problem in the download

how can i play the second file or merg it with the first one

I have a facebook account and I upload photos on my account.

the photos contain nothing wrong or embarrassing or anything, but i do have privacy setting that allow only a certain group of my friends to watch my photos.

however, a few months ago, the facebook security has been broken down, and every1 could see anything i uploaded, no privacy at all!

one of my contact -not a friend- took the chance and saved a photo and modified it on photoshop.

the photo is kinda funny, and made me laugh! i'm not upset about it bcs it had no harm

but I contacted facebook and there was no reply, and that made me upset!

can i just sue them for that or its hard to prove that there was a breakdown in their security arrangement!

oh by the way, i'm not thinking to sue them but the question pops on my mind and i was curious :)
