Hello everyone.I am a 17 year old male.I am 5'4 and 58kg.I have a big butt and thigh size and very less love handles.This looks very improportional.Can someone suggest me the best exercises to burn my butt and thigh fat??Please suggest indoor exercises which can be done at home.I know that outdoor exercises r d best but cant do dat now...plese suggest effective cardio exercises which burn fat on my thighs and butt specifically...i do bloopers,squats,mountain climbers,bicycle crunches,situps and pushups....i heard dat squats increase d butt size...should i stop it??i've started controlling my diet...what else should i do to burn my butt (and overall) fat..??plz help guz..
