i guess that it's なる, and that the past form is involved. but what's with the taka?

ok, so i added some questions to my watchlist. now i wanna monitor these questions. how do i add them to the feed? i don't wanna add them individually, cuz then i would have to remove them individually. which defeats the purpose of having a watchlist.
