I was born in Northern Virginia and raised in Maryland outside of Baltimore near Annapolis. After completing high school I moved to Florida for college and eventually (due to bad finances) had to drop out and work full time. I tend to have bad luck with meeting people who are decent and aren't into drugs or partying every day. I had that phase of my life and now at 26 almost 27 in April '10 I am focusing on settling down and hopefully starting a family. Though have recently had some major health issues with my eyes, hopefully the new medicine and physical fitness routines will help reduce the risk and allow me to live a more normal life. I love to read as I am constantly questioning everything. Knowledge is power and power is money and money is everything at least in today's society, unfortunately. So I joined Yahoo Q&A in hopes that some of my questions would be answered and that in return I could answer others inquiries. Feel free to contact me if you need help or a friend!

  • My female cat has two small nodules on her belly, what do they do at the vet and about how much does it cost?

I have a cat who I have had since she was about 6 or 7 months old. (We are not sure of her exact age because we found her wondering through a neighborhood shortly after what appered to be her mother was hit by a passing car. We kept her at a friends house there in the neighborhood because my conercen was that the cat that was hit may not be her mother, but she never left their porch even when the screen door was kept open. Thus we kept her.)

Now she is about a year and half and recently developed two seperate small nodules with what looks like a head similar to that of a pimple on the top of the skin and underneath the skin feels like a small semi hard circle of flesh or skin. I was thinking this could be a cycst and was looking for any similar happenings from other cat owners and what was done if anything at the vet and about how much it cost.

Recently, my family and I have hit hard times like a lot of other people so I have feeling this is something that is semi serious and would like to get an idea of how much I'm going to need to get her some help. I certainly don't want her to suffer.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

    Thank you.

  • Can an individual not apart of a company, who possess the title but is not on the title place a lien?

I bought my used car from a dealership and the bill of sale is 100% in my name. The car was paid for in full, so there was no financing involved. However, my parents have the title. They have threatened several times that if I don't do certain things they request that they will place a lien on my car. Is this possible? Can someone who had nothing to do with me buying the car, actually place a lien on my car?

  • Is there a difference between having an eviction and just being in a state of collections ?

I have been on my own since I was 18 and am now 25. I don't have great credit, in fact my credit probably leans more towards poor credit. Mostly medical bills and student loans with a few other things. I'm trying to possibly find a more economical apartment community to move too and learned that something that happened a little less than 5 years ago is just now showing up on my credit. I had a lease with an apartment community, it was my first apartment, and there was an unexpected accident in the family and I had to come back home to live temporarily to help out, obviously just starting out on my own I did not have enough money to buy out my lease so I notified my complex manager and told her I would be moving out and was forced to break the lease. I've had other apartments since this happened and just now it is showing up. Is this considered the same in the eyes of a prospective apartment community as being evicted? If so can anyone provide any recommendations for helping explain this to the prospective apartment complexes?I have had a cosigner in the past and this time as well as I'm back in college part time and work part time and will not be meeting the income requirements usually needed to qualify. (I know some complexes will accept proof of paying the debt off or proof of currently working out payment plans. But as of now this is not an option for me as I definitely don't have the money the collection agency is asking for.)

I look forward to any responses.

    Thank you.
