Hi, I have been charged for "Driving without due care and attention" for driving into floodwaters that were over the road. I am going to court tomorrow and I would like some advice on what to do and things that might help me.

There were many hills, dips and gullys and could not see it till the last second. And I drove into it.

What should I do, Say and what can help me from losing my license.

Last thursday I was almost killed by flood waters over the road, Luckily I was rescued in time before it was fatal. I was driving down a small country road casually while talking on the telephone on my bluetooth headset. I was going through Dips and gullys, when I got to the crest of one dip there was a massive amount of flood water about 1.5M high, and at least 50M Wide flowing rapidly.

Due to my speed and so little time to react, My vechile went straight into the flood waters. I would of had about .25 secs before I saw the flood waters and when I went in because of the dips and crests. There was a 2 M ~ floodway run off that was to the right of me and my vechile was tipping like an iceberg off the road into the floodway, It was the most traumatic experience of my life. Luckily I was rescued before the vechile tipped over and into the floodway.

Usually there are signs saying "Danger, Water Over Road" signs when something like this happens. But not in my case, no signs. No warnings. Nothing!

I was not breaking any laws, I was not speeding, I had a bluetooth headset on. Nothing, But due to the lack of visablilty if it wasnt going to be me. It would of happend to someone else.

I am going to court in 3 weeks time for 'Lack of Undue Care Whislt Driving" when I was not doing anything wrong, It was not my fault there was no flood water signs. It was not my fault i couldnt see the water until it was way to late.

So should I try to fight this with the local council? Should I try to do something about this. Or should i just lay low and plead guilty and not cause any dramas.

I have SC2 installed on my desky and my laptop computer. Yesterday after i Installed it on my laptop the singleplayer progress from my desky carried onto my laptop. So i did a few missions on my laptop and wanted to play some more on my desktop when i got home and it hasnt rolled over to my dekstop from my laptop/

Does the game progress go on the battle.net account or the save games on each computer is the TLDR version.

Hi there, i just bought a car from a dealer and i agreed to the $1690 fusion leather and paint pack. Apparently it protects the pain from fading , bird **** etc and will always be shiny and never need polishing. And the leather seat ones apparently is similar.

Is it worth it? or should i call them and tell them to take it off!!

hi there, im under 25 and these silly laws here are annoyoing.. i have my heart set on a particulaer car which has 206 KW, the law states no more than 200KW. Is there a way to tune it down to under 200KW and that dept. of transport will approve of?

hi, I have been having some upper back pain recently (2 - 3 weeks) and it aches especially after work and during work. I am a autoglazier (Windscreen fitter) I am am required to lift 20 - 30 KG windscreens everyday into cars and racks. I dont feel as I am straining myself at all or I dont feel any pain while lifting them. Just after a couple hours. The pain goes from my neck down about 3 inches.

im healthy and this is really strange because im way to young to be having back problems.

I have been on a diet and been going to the gym 4 - 5 times per week for about 4 - 5 months now and I have seen no improvment to the size of my man boobs. If anything they have gotton bigger. I have been doing 30 mins cardio and 30 mins weight training each gym session and been taking Curcumin and multi vitamins everyday. What am i doing wrong?

p.s . im 18 years old and have had man boobs since i was around 10.

I was caught speeding in a Work Van twice within half an hour in a small town 1 hour from where I live. I have looked it up and I am bound to lose 4 demerit points and $333 fine combines at least. I am on my P1 Licence and I will lose my licence. Someone said write in that a family member was driving the vechile and let them cop the points, Is that possible? espicially in a work vechile that he doesnt even work for. Can anyone shead some light on the subject for me? and please dont answer with things that I already know like "You sholdnt speed and you deserve it " etc. I know that already, but can anyone shead some light on this for me?

Hi, i recieved word today of 2 speeding fines that i recieved. both within half an hour of eachother. I am on my P1 Licence. I am normally a good driver but I was doing 72 Km in a 60 zone, and then 76 in a 60 zone. It was in a work van and my manager just told me. He said i could say my dad was driving or something but I have no idea.

I got 3 points, Im probably going to lose all of them. SOmeone told me today about a good behaviour licence. 1 point for 1 year. Can I do that on a P licence? or will I lose it and start my P's all over?? Please can anyone give me some advice???

Hey, So im starting this new job tomorrow. They didnt have my size of shirt in stock so they have to order it in. But they gave me some 2XL shirts. Now, im normally a L and these are way to big. How can I make them look smaller on me and not make it look like im wearing a dress from the 60's.

I am using 8 Gauge power and earth wires, is it enough for it? It has 4 Gauge inputs. I also get a loud thump from my subs when i turn the igntion on. Grounding problem????

I have a 800W Rms Option Audio Monoblock Amp powering 2x Sony P5B 12" 1300W and i have been using it fine for the last few weeks. But, recently I have been hearing a loud thump when I turn on the engine. And today I was listening to some music quite loud. and it shut off, The only was to get it working again is to power down the amp and then power it back up again , but I cant turn it up otherwise it will shut off and the Red "Alarm" light comes on.

Underpowered subs?

Not enough power to amp ( Although it has been working fine for 2 weeks)

My car has a bit of an overheating problem, today I was sitting at the light's for ages and I saw that it was overheating. So I Pulled up and waited about 30 mins, Coolant was going everywhere. I think the cap is broken.

It lost alot of coolant.. So when it de- pressurised I filled it with coolant and tried to Start it .. Nothing.. I could hear the starter motor clicking, but nothing..

It was just under 100C (210F) when I let it cool down.

Ive been doing some training to sell Kirby Vacuum's. They say for every demo you do you get $30, and if you sell the vacuum its $330 commission. Apparently you do 3- 4 demo's per day , that's $90 - $120 per day if you don't sell one.

I have installed my new ts-a6992s into my car, and the sound is terrible, these 6x9's cost me $250 and they sounded way different in the shop.

What i did was remove the old speakers and just connected the old speakers wire to my new one... couldd that be the problem or did i just get a dud?? i have ajusted the EQ and still no better
