The transmission fluid on my Park Avenue was changed with new filter at 219,000 miles. The pan is underneath the driver's side and behind the oil pan. But the leak is coming off the plastic guard on the passenger side. Is this a result of the technician being sloppy? How does fluid leak off the plastic guard for the last two days?

After researching census statistics and hearing an archived NPR interview from Talk of the Nation (12 December 2001) I've come to the realization there are way more single men than single women. In the 20s range it is 6:5. In the 30-45 range the numbers are not that much better either. I am in my mid twenties. Should I just race forward to pay off my house and eventually move overseas to marry a woman?

The question is: will women really care whether I have dated or not?

The opposite sex can pick up on this fact without me saying so. I will not got out of my way to say I haven't dated. (my mid-twenties) A couple of conditions also make dating just that much tougher. (Nothing physical) I don't want people feeling sorry for my lack of experience.

Due to the government spending at a rapid rate, is hyperinflation going to come down on us like we've never seen before?

My parents own their own home 100%. They also have no other debt either.

If I pay one extra payment on principal per year on a fifteen year mortgage, how fast does to mortgage get paid off? I am going to buy a townhouse in two months (I am 25) and do not expect to make house payments into my forties!

For the record, I have. For years I didn't believe in Forrest Gump moments. Well that has changed. I fondly remember a cute blond girl from my first grade class like it was yesterday.
