If there is a God, and I'm not saying there isn't, why would he listen to angst-filled prayers full of want?

Why would he listen to yours in particular, when he obviously didn't listen to millions of others before you?

If God and Satan exist, Then God has indirectly killed about 2500, and Satan only about 10 according to the bible.And that's just in biblical times and doesn't account for the millions tortured, burned and those who died at the hands of the crusaders.
