A question about Lamisil?
I'm about 15 pills away from completing my 2nd round of Lamisil for (4 toes) nail fungus. However, the new nail growth in 2 of the main nails effected is only about 60 to 70% complete. Obv. question is.. after the pills run out will the new nail continue to come through? Thanks in advance.
1 AnswerSkin Conditions9 years agoproblem with working (???) desktop dvd drive.?

2 AnswersAdd-ons9 years agoAmazon 2011 tax question?
I got a feeling I'm not the only one asking questions of this nature. I, who live in the state of TN, received an email from Amazon.com, basically telling me that I may owe "use tax" on Amazon purchases made in 2011, how ever they're only singling out one specific purchase I made that came out to $34.64 when in reality I made several purchases in 2011 totaling a little over $100. So, what's confusing is.. they (amazon) attached a link with the email from the "TN.gov dept of use tax" asking me to report ALL of the amazon purchases I made in 2011. So, I'm obv. confused as to why Amazon is only asking me to report use taxes on 1 specific item for $34.64, btw, it was an external HD case, if that makes any diff. and nothing else I purchased in 2011 is even mentioned. I hope all this makes sense to someone who might be able to give me some good insight. Thanks in advance.
1 AnswerUnited States9 years agojust curious about something concerning backpage escort listings?
First of all, not that it matters, let me point out that this is just something I'm curious about in general, and not something I'm directly involved in. It's just the subject of a little dispute I'm having with a friend.
The question is.. Would any girl working vice, in any given city, ever advertise herself WITH IMAGES (provocative or not) on backpage.com, or ANY online escort classifieds of that nature? I say, no because I think it would compromise her identity, and also be considered 'entrapment. My friend disagrees, saying that vice will use any methods at their disposalto meet their expectations, or whatever. Any thoughts?
3 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police9 years agoHelp with Fender Strat rebuild?
I won't go into what this is all about, but I'm hoping someone who sees this might be able to help. I'm trying to find a Stratocaster pick guard (unloaded) that's NOT cut for the standard selector switch.
needing to install individual toggle switchs for each P/U. Does anyone know of any links that I could check out that might have something like that. Thanks!
2 AnswersBlues1 decade agoHelp removing 06 Honda Civic drive belt?
First of all, I do have a little experience changing late model auto serpentine belts, but I'm not familiar with the belt tensioner on my 06 Civic (DX sedan). So... before I get totally into this I'm just needing to know. Will I need a special belt removal tool on this Civic's tensioner, or will a 3/8ths or 1/4" ratchet work? I can't seem to find information THAT specific online any where. Thanks in advance!
2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoNeed a "Rockbox" know-it-all ...please?
This is a simple fm radio related question.. I hope. I have Rockbox 3.7.1 installed on my Sansa e270
and for some reason the Rockbox fm radio only goes up to 98.3. With the base Sansa firmware though
it goes up to 107.9 fm, and I can't find any Rockbox settings to be able to select the full range of fm stations. Can anyone give me any suggestions by chance? Thanks in advance.
1 AnswerOther - Electronics1 decade agoHaving trouble uploading pics for Facebook album?
First of all I've uploaded pic albums on facebook in the past with no problem, but now (allofthesudden) there's some kind of problem. Anyway, I click the "photo" link at the top of my home page/ click "create an album" option/ click "select photo" (in this case 15 pics in all, only 1.46mb's total size./ I click "open", then I name the "created" album, choose privacy settings, and quality settings (standard in this case) / and then hit "create album". That's where the trouble is. The dialogue box says the photos are uploading, and I'll be taken to their album on FB when complete, but it NEVER FINISHES. What should take just a matter of moments never completes. I mean after 2.5 hrs. it still says "pics uploading to album", and never does. Can anyone give me a clue what the problem might be. Thanks, and HAPPY HOLIDAYS btw..if that sort of thing appeals to you.
2 AnswersFacebook1 decade agoTrying to find out what this bazaar skin problem my dog has is.?
For several months my 10yo Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, has had a skin condition where the hair and skin follicles, in random blotchy areas, becomes hard and crusty and flakes off leaving hairless patches in various places on her bod. Usually around the rear half of the body. Now, as far as Vet care. She's had four separate trips to 2 different vets. both of them took hair samples. Determined there probably (???) was some kind of fungal problem. She's been on a re gamine of antibiotics, anti-fungal meds, and shampoo, and with each round of antibiotics the same results happen. Over a 4 to 6 week period the skin smooths out and the hair slowly but surely grows back. Then within a couple of weeks or so the whole process starts over again. Also, she HAS been tested for Cushing's disease, which she tested negative for. Now my vet wants to have a skin biopcy done on her, which I'm holding off on because this has been expensive enough as it is, and frankly I don't like the idea of Augie (that's her name) having to go through all that sh##. Also, in closing, these conditions haven't effected her overall health at all. She seems as happy healthy as ever. She just looks bazaar. Anyway, sorry this has been so long. Just hoping someone out there has had a similar experience with their dog(s) and might be able to shed some light on this, cause I'm about broke! Also, I have pics of this condition, but i can't figure out how to post pics to this question. It's very frustrating!! Thanks for any responses though...
4 AnswersDogs1 decade agoI have a question about some meds. I need to give my dog?
She's a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix that currently has a bit of a skin fungus that's causing her hair to fall out in several places. Here's the deal though, Her vet has her taking an oral anti fungal pill along with an oral antibiotic plus a thyroid supplement that she was already on, twice a day for the next month or so. The question is... If I just crush up those three pill and mix it up in some wet food, which she'll gobble down in no time, is that a sufficient way to get the meds. in her system?
10 AnswersDogs1 decade agoneed some "cosmetic" related advice on how to temporarily hide toenail fungus. Here's the deal...>?
I got an invite to go to the beach at the end of this month with friends. That's great, but the prob is.. 3 of my toes are noticeably touched with the fungal funk which I've been trying to get rid of for some time (that's another story) anyway, the obvious question FOR NOW is... is their some kind of nail polish, or nail polish shade, or something of that nature, that can discretely cover up the problem nails, and maybe even resemble a normal looking nail? Oh yes, I probably should ad that I'm a white middle age male, so colored shades are NOT an option... with me at least. Another thing, and I'm asking this nicely,... PLEASE don't send me a crap load of nail fungus cures. I will deal with getting rid of it later. This is strictly a request for a temporary cover up. THANK YOU
4 AnswersOther - Skin & Body1 decade agoany one else out there having problems with Mozilla Firefox crashing lately?
Since around the first of March (2010) Firefox has been crashing about an average of every 2nd or 3rd time I open it up, or open a new page on it. It's very random. Each time it does I get a "crash report" to send back to Firefox and report the problem. That obviously does no good at all. I'm pretty sure it's not my dsl connection because IE-8 is working just fine. Frankly I would use IE exclusively but most of my user names and PW's are remembered thru Firefox. Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions about what the dealio is with the FOX?
6 AnswersOther - Internet1 decade agoCan anyone identify this skin condition my dog has?
In brief she's had it for several months now. Her skin would sort of "crust over" in patchy areas, and tufts of hair and skin would just easily flake off. The vet I have has her on an oral antibiotic. She was on an anti fungal shampoo which didn't help, and lately even though her skin has stopped drying and flaking off, the areas that were effected are still dark and hairless. I realize hair regrowth may take a while, but does anyone know what this condition is? BTW the dog is a 10yo Female Dachshund Chihuahua mix.
7 AnswersDogs1 decade agoquestion about 06 Honda Civic automatic transmission maintenance?
Yes it's a used car, but it's new to me, and I've read several posts online about how to drain the AT system (via the drain plug) refill w/ 2 qts of Honda ATF, a couple of other steps, and that's basically it. My question is... Is that REALLY all there is to it? I mean, is there no filter to change, or something like that? -Thanks-

3 AnswersHonda1 decade ago06 Honda Civic DX, Belt of chain?
Just acquired an 06 Honda Civic dx w/ the 1.8 VTEC engine. Having a hard time trying to find info on the timing belt maintenance sched. on that engine. That IS a belt on the 1.8 VETC, isn't it? I can't imagine a chain on that one. Anyway, if it IS a belt, how often should it be replaced. THANKS!
3 AnswersHonda1 decade agoDVD flick problem, wrong file is burning to dvd?
I've been burning avi files to dvd with dvd flick for some time now, so I'm pretty clear on the procedure. However lately the freakiest thing is happening. The movie (avi file) that I load to burn is NOT what ends up on the finished dvd. It (dvd flick, or IMG burn) will apparently just randomly select another movie from my video files and burn it instead. It's done this twice now. Never had this problem before obviously, and I'm totally stumped. Any ideas
