I've already cropped and resized the gifs but the gifs are around 120 kbs and I need them to be 40 or below, is there anyway to lower the kb but I don't want them any smaller than this

I have the sony cybershot and its fine, but its starting to mess up, and one of the features that it doesn't have is that it can't zoom in on something while recording, you have to zoom in before you start recording video, which is annoying, so any advice for a better quality digital camera?

i've always been able to synv my ipod to my computer for more thana year then al of a sudden last week, when i was syncing it, right when it was about to finish, it says "sorry, ipod cannot be synced, an unknown error has occured" what do i do??????? its been like this for 2 weeks now
