  • What does this girl mean?

So I'm talking to this girl on facebook who never really seemed all that interested in me. (We went to the same HS, I was a grade above and she graduated last year). Anyway, we're talking about summer and I'm telling her that summer is going well and I'm looking for a summer job and everything but am not having any luck so far. She goes "Are you keeping your options open for other ways to make money, other than a job." Ok seriously, what? What does that even mean. If she trying to flirt with me in some different way or just being strange or what's the deal? Thanks.

  • Losing weight over the summer?

I'm 6'5 and I weigh between 250 and 260 pounds. According to the BMI index, I should be a little above 200 lbs. I want to try to lose that weight this summer but also gain a lot of muscle. Is it reasonable to expect to lose this over the next 3 and 1/2 months? Besides the obvious eating right and exercising, what should I do? Best types of exercises? Frequency? I was also reading up on Joel Marions Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, has anyone tried this? Is it worth it or just a waste of time?

  • Girl blowing off date? Ladies opinion please?

So there is this girl that I know and had a class with last semester. After the class ended we still talked on and off over facebook. I'd see her around and we'd say hi to each other and everything. Then a week ago I asked her if she wanted to hang out, maybe go to a movie or something and she said she had softball practice but wasn't sure if she had anything going on after and she would let me know. So I expected her to text or fb message me or something the next day with whether she was busy or not and she didn't. So then a couple days ago I asked her again and she's like well I'm busy with softball but we do have a day off between two games this week. Maybe we can do something then. I said that yeah that was fine and just to let me know. She said she would for sure. That was on Sunday and today is Thursday. Should I just assume she isn't interested but just doesn't want to outright say it and move on? Should I ask again (third time) or just move on?

  • Should I ask if she wants to date?

So I've known this girl for about six months. About a month ago I asked her if she wanted to go to a movie and she said yes. So we went and I put my arm around her but we didn't kiss. Then on Valentine's Day we watched a movie in my dorm and the same thing happened. I'm usually the first to text her but she makes an effort to continue the conversation, sometimes lasting days. Since we have a lot of the same friends we sometimes all eat together but she doesn't treat me any different than our other friends when we're in a group.

I talked with one of my friends and they told me that she knows that I'm going to ask to define the relationship soon and she isn't sure. We're both sophomores in college and she has never had a bf before so she's afraid of second guessing herself and things like that since she never had a bf. Anyway I texted her a couple days ago and asked her if she wanted to do something together and she wasn't sure. I responded and pretty much said I really like hanging out with you and talking to you and I don't know if you feel the same but if you do then I need to know when you're free or if you even wanna do anything together at all. She responded that that was super nice to hear and she also likes talking. She then said all the times shes free and we decided we are gonna do something on friday night.

So do you think I should ask her if she wants to date? Should I wait for a while yet? I would like to kiss her but only if the situation is right and not forced. Do I need to nudge her a little extra since she never had a bf before or am I just being a pest? I'd like to think she likes me but I don't know if she is just ignorant when it comes to dating or is being too nice to tell me to leave.

  • Texting after first date. Need a woman's opinion?

So I took this girl out on a date to a movie two nights ago and it seemed to go ok. I put my arm around her at the movie and she seemed to be ok with it (I think she kinda leaned into it) but we never kissed or anything. I texted her today just saying "Hey how's your day going so far?" She responds back and says "Swell. Things are actually moving quite quick. If you know what that like." I am just floored. Is she trying to tell me off or say I'm moving to slow or whats going on. Super confused. Thanks in advance for the help.

  • How to tell if a friend is interested or just being friendly?

I've been friends with this girl for about 6 months and most of our mutual friends have been friends with her for about a year and a half. We actually met through mutual friends. I kinda liked her so I asked her if she wanted to go to a movie. Long story short is we ended up going to a movie last night and overall it seemed to go well. We went to the only theater in town (small theater) and we were the only two people at this particular movie. She seemed to be leaning into me at various parts throughout the movie, and about half way through the movie she put her feet up on the seat ahead of us. I decided to put my arm around her and she didn't pull away or anything. All seemed to go well until we got back to campus and we went into the dorm (we live in the same dorm, just on opposite ends) and when we got back she pretty much said "ok well I'm gonna go this way. Have a good night." which kinda caught me by surprise. About 10 minutes later I got a text saying " Thanks for taking me to the movie. It was fun. Appreciate it. Have a good night." which I thought was pretty formal sounding. What should I do? I really like her and I'm just confused because I feel like I'm getting mixed messages. Obviously me putting my arm around her and her being ok with it was good but the text and the getting back to the dorm could have gone better. Should I ask for a second date in a couple days. It's just frustrating and confusing getting mixed messages. I replied to her text that night and said "No problem. I had a good time. Hopefully we can do it again soon. Have a good night." Was this a good response? Does this leave the door open for a second date and should I text her in a couple days if she wants to go out again? Thanks for your help.

  • What do you think I should do?

So I met this girl through mutual friends and have known her for about 5 months. She's very athletic and is in both college basketball and college volleyball. Sports is a very big deal to her. She's pretty tall but also thin. I'm 6'6" and about 250 (big guy) and I'm not in any college sports (in fact I'm pretty terrible at all of them). We've been texting back and forth for about a month. She seems pretty interested in what I have to say and asks a lot of questions and whenever we hang out in a group she laughs at what I say a lot. When we text back and forth she makes a good effort to keep the conversation going, which I think is a good sign. The problem is that we never hang out with just each other. We were texting back and forth a couple days ago and she was asking about a movie I saw. I told her about it and said that if she wanted to see it I would go again because I enjoyed it. At first she just kinda ignored the question but still responded and then I said that if she wanted to go that was cool and if she was busy that's ok too. Then she said she would go. We were on winter break at the time and she said "not to rush back because we can see it the first week." It's now the first week after break and there has been no talk of it. Should I bring it up again or should I just assume she isn't interested? My problem is that while she is really friendly with me she is also friendly with our other friends so I can't tell if she is interested or just being nice. What should I do? I'm afraid that if I ask her out and she says no that it will be really awkward around all of our friends. One of our mutual friends says it won't work about because we have very little in common (which I agree with, but I don't think it means we can't date). Should I just move on to someone else? I'm pretty self conscious and also pretty shy around girls, so this is kinda a big deal for me. What do you think I should do?

  • Is she interested in me or not?

Ok so I sit next to this girl in speech class and talk to her and whatever. The two of us and two other people were in a group project together and gave each other our cell phone numbers. Then one day she texts me out of the blue even though I never texted her first or never had previously. So over the next week or so we text back and forth and talk in class (Tuesday and Thursday class). She seems pretty friendly so one night I was texting her and asked what she was up to. She said she was gonna watch Glee on DVD. I was like oh I'm gonna be watching Lord of the Rings if you're interested because I gotta stay up and sober cab my roommate. Said if she was interested she could watch it too if she wanted. She texts back and is like I love that movie but I'd probably be asleep before long because I'm really tired. Is she interested? Is she actually tired or was she just using a good excuse to get out of it. Before anyone asks no I was not gonna "do anything". I'm not that type of person and wouldn't rush anything. I'd like to think of myself as having a good sense of humor but also shy (very shy) around girls. What do you think I should do? Is she interested or not?

When I try to access Google I always get this message:

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.google.com/

    The following error was encountered:

    The dnsserver returned:

    This means that:

  • Smackdown vs Raw 2010 voiceover?

Ok, I don't really know if this is the right place to ask this question but here it goes. For the create a story designer, is there any way to put actual voices into the story or is it just subtitles. I played it yesterday and I was all psyched about playing the create a story, and then only stupid subtitles showed up. Any help that anybody could give is appreciated.

    Thanks

  • DX being censored!?!?!?

Does anybody know if wwe will ever allow dx to just act like dx. I mean, really, I was watching the dx new and improved dvd from when they reunited in like 2006 and it was hilarious. They made jokes about everything from vince and cocks to randy orton being gay. It was just hilarious and I wish that that would be the dx we see now. Don't get me wrong, dx is still awesome, but has it gotten to the point that the "soccer moms" have more or less taken over wwe and forced groups like dx to tone down (and in most cases make less funny) jokes. I was watching RAW on Monday and dx made a butthole joke, it was funny and all, but talking about vince and cocks and spirit squad was way better and it was just more funny. So I guess my actual question is will dx ever return to being the dx that wasn't afraid of controversy or have the the "politically correct" people essentially hijacked wwe and dx and forced them to be PG and cater to the 16 and under kids?

  • Xbox 360 Open Tray error?

When I put cod4 into my xbox 360, the xbox says that it is reading it and then a couple of seconds later it says open tray. I can play all of my other games and they all work fine, except cod4. I cleaned and removed all of the scratches from the disc and it still doesn't work. I repeat, cod4 is the only game that doesn't work. Is there a problem with the disc or with the xbox. Also, is there any other way to fix it besides sending it to Microsoft. My xbox is still under warranty however I've sent my xbox there before and I didn't get it back for a month. Any help that anyone has is appreciated. Thanks.

  • Xbox 360 and Ethernet cable?

I am already hooked up to xbox live via a ethernet cable that is about 50 ft. I was thinking of buying an additonal 25 ft cable so that I can move the xbox to my room. However, will this slow down my connection when playing xbox live. My connection now isn't bad but it isn't the greatest. I've been told by many people to just buy a wireless router but I can't justify spending 100 dollars when I already spent 20 for the cable. Not only that, but I've have heard that the wireless connection's aren't as reliable (if this is true or not, I'm not sure). Any help anyone could give would be appreciated. Thanks

  • Cleaning an Xbox 360?

I was wondering if anybody knows of any good ways to clean an xbox 360. I've heard that compressed air in a can is a good way however is there a certain way I'm supposed to use it (angle of 360 during cleaning, what parts to clean or not to clean etc). Also I was wondering if I were to take my 360 to Best Buy or a Computer Repair place to have it cleaned if it would void the warranty. Would it even be worth it to take it there. Finally, I was wondering if anyone knows of any good product to clean scratched discs. Thanks.
