Yeah, why did Men get 9 rings, while the Elves who were both the "wisest and fairest of all beings" receive only 3 rings of power?

Also, why did the Dwarves get 7?

The distribution just doesn't make sense. If someone could clear this up much appreciated!

Does Megrim still deal damage to the opponent if cards from their library gets discarded to the graveyard?

For example, if I have Megrim out in play and attack with Nemesis of Reason does Megrim deal damage to my opponent because of the cards removed from the library?

The Rack:

As The Rack comes into play, choose an opponent. At the beginning of the chosen player's upkeep, The Rack deals X damage to that player, where X is 3 minus the number of cards in his or her hand.

So if my opponent had 7 cards then:

3-7=-4 does that mean he loses 4 life or gains 4 life?

Or is damage only dealt when they have 3 cards or fewer in hand?

Also, what do they do and how do they affect the clan?

I have a windows vista 64-bit Operating System. When i start up games like Warcraft 3 or Starcraft the desktop wallpaper image disappears and changes to just a plain old black background. what do i do to fix this?
