I'm 6'4 and weigh 140 pound maybe a bit less. i know i'm underweight but not matter how much i seem to eat i can never put any on. i don't eat things like chocolate or crisps as i think there really unhealthy. i wanna get some muscle because at the moment im just yeah a skinny guy... so i was wondering what exercises and that i should do to gain muscle?? i mainly want a six pack and like just some nice looking arms and that you know so yeah alot of upper body muscle.

I'm 19 and i am 6ft 4 i weigh around 10 stone maybe a little less as i lost some weight in the last few weeks.. i was just wondering what weight i should be around?? I also probably only eat around one meal a day. i never eat breakfast and mainly just have dinner as after that i'm not hungry enough to eat tea. Is only having one meal a day good for you? if i do get hungry after a meal i usually have an apple or some other type of fruit as i never eat chocolate or crisps or things i think contain to much fat.

i'm openly gay, my bf is also gay but isn't out due to family reasons.. (Asian family) and well he was calling this other guy fit and saying that he loved him and that.. so i confronted him about it and asked him why he said it and he said he's sorry and that he only loves me and that. so i asked him to block him cause obv it would carry on and he goes in a mood with me for the whole day asking why he needed to block him? obv the reasons right there for flirting with the guy.. was i in the wrong or was i right to ask him to block this guy?
