Don't Call Me Shirley

I was recently diagnosed with ADD and was put on Ritalin. Good news: the stuff works. Bad news: For the past few days I've felt like I'm about to have a seizure. I'm epileptic and I know that Ritalin can lower the seizure threshold. Is there any other ADD meds that WON'T cause seizures? Or am I condemned to a life of hyperactivity and twitchiness?

People tell me that I always look grumpy or pissed off or like I'm going to murder someone. I've come to the conclusion that this is just my "default" expression, like when I'm just sitting there doing nothing. The worst is when I'm deep in thought and I get this crease between my eyebrows that makes me look like I'm angry. I've also got these kind of creepy eyes where you can see the whites underneath them. So, how the hell do I stop looking like I'm ready to kill everyone in the room? Is there anything to do apart from smiling all the time to make yourself look more approachable?

So, I went on Celexa about a month ago for anxiety. My period was over a week late and when it came, I had really bad cramps for about a couple of days, worse than I've ever had before. And last week, I started spotting between periods, something that's never happened before. Can Celexa screw up your menstrual cycle?

Seriously - look at a crowd of people. At least 75% of them are ugly. How come all the avatars are attractive?
