Hi, I am 16 years old. My hair has never grown quickly. In 6th grade it was just below my shoulders, and now I am entering my junior year in high school and it is about an inch longer. I am really insecure about my hair. I get blonde highlights every few months which I realize only frys my hair (I have been doing this since 7th grade but my hair has always grown at the same rate). I want to dye my hair a dark blonde so I can stop the coloring altogether, and am wondering how I can do this without further damaging my hair. I also have curly/wavy/frizzy hair and it has layers which I am trying to grow out. My family says it is my fault it won't grow and says to go get a trim. I do each time I get highlights. My stylist usually trims about .5 in to 1 in and by time I go for another trim it hasn't even grown back fully:( She also just trims my layers and they never grow out...This seems counterproductive:( I am at the point where I am scared to get a trim. I just did today and it is short once again. I would kill for long mid back length hair. I also have horrible acne on my back and long hair would help cover it. Everyone says it will grow and to be patient, but I am tired of waiting and the same cycle repeating itself. So does anyone know a safe way to dye my hair darker (the highlights look fake), help it grow and stay healthy, and grow out the bad layers? Thank you!!

Note: I take a daily vitamin and eat a healthy diet. I have been trying to grow my hair for 5 years and made no progress. I am against the idea of hair extensions.

I am 15 years old and have a small hard lump between my vulva and anus. It has been there for a few months and has slowly been growing although it has recently remained the same size for a while. I am debating whether to go get it checked out or not, but i am thinking that is a good idea. it is almost painless but im still a little worried. Generally, I do freak out over this kind of thing and start researching the worst possible possibility, but that doesn't help much you just take what you get and make the most of it... has anyone heard of anything like this before or have an idea of what it could be or what i could do to help??

Okay, so I have this project where I have to choose a book,write a 3-4 page essay explaining the significance of the story's message and how the selection describes the position of young adults or potentially impacts young adults in society today, then give a 3-5 min presentation on the book describing the important aspects of my choice and how it relates to teenagers today. My ipod continuesly gets forozen and everytime i unfreeze it (PLUG INTO OUTLET PRESS AND HOLD MENU SELECT) it works for a while but then freezes again. If it helps I have a 3rgd generation 4g ipod naon and i didn't do anything to make that way.

Ok, so my parents have a normal plan with verizon. When I got left at gymnastics for two hours they decided to get me a phone. Now they said that adding a line would be two expensive so they got me a net10 trackphone. I love the plan I have, however the phone not so much.
