Ive been eating healthy for 2 weeks now and ive lost 6lbs, i eat

2 wheatbisks, milk and honey for breakfast

snack: grapes

lunch: fat loser diet shake

snack: carrot

dinner: jacket potato with beans and salad, tuna brown baguette, pasta bolegnese

one of those everyday is that good i feel amazing but ive been told by alot of people im doing it too fast thanx :)

if i were a was 5 foot 7 and weighed 11 and a half stone? :) i have no muscle
