  • Don't wait for the perfect moment. Take the moment and make it perfect!?

I love this quote! When it crossed my eyes for the first time, I felt how deep it is and it made a perfect sense for me. It has changed many things in me, in the way I act and deal with many things.

  • Would that ever change?

I'm seeing a guy that I know for about 3 years. He is not a bad guy though he has some flaws. I know about his history with girls when we were simple friends. Now, we are seeing each other seriously and I don't know if I can trust him. I tried over the years to change his habit of knowing many "girls" and being kind to all of them. he thinks it's ok to be 'kind' with all girls. He is afraid of commitment and I wanted to change that in him. A man his age should be mature and responsible.

My question is even if I succeed in changing him for the better do you think he will remain faithful to me if things get serious? do you think it is possible for him to abandon this habit?

  • When the word is no longer that word!?

Let me give a simple example: the word umbrella. It serves a function as any object used by man. But when you rip the cloth off the umbrella , is the umbrella still an umbrella?

now what about abstract concepts in life such as love: once someone says : "I don't love you anymore". Was that even love in the first place ?

we keep using the same words for things that can stop functioning or corresponding to its definition...it's confusing..

  • To what extent is "security" more important than "freedom"??

I was having a conversation in which some people expressed their 'fear of freedom' and their interest of 'security'. When I prefer to rebel on things that I do not agree with and see as limiting my freedom , some other people just take them for granted and accept them.

  • what is the phylosophy behind this??

well, I dunno sometimes it's really astonishing to find people eager and willing to do the things that are classified as "sins" or what are "banned" by religions or society! why when doing them secretly is such a delectation? Can the norms and the rules be really used by politics and religions as a type of enslavement? but at the same time, what if there are no rules, doesn't it lead to chaoes?

what if we just get used to the "new requirements" of life? of our needs (of course they develop over time)? doesn't it become normal and everybody just do whatever he or she wants without fear or in secret?

    is it even possible?
