i am 17 and a half and i would be buying it from a private party on craigslist with cash so would i need to be with my parent? I'm getting my permit in 2 months but would i need to prove my license or something? what documents would i need.

On the dl44 form it asks for the parents signatures or the one who has custody of you if you only live with one parent. I live with my mom but my dad is going to take me. My mom won't sign for it because she doesn't want to be responsible for any of this so what if just my dad signs? My dad and I are going to try and go in and just put his signature. Would they question it? Or would they just assume I live with my dad?

so the past 2 times i have had bad experience with my bbq. the first time, the flame went out and then when i went to ignite it again it shot up a big flame because the gas buildup. then the next time i bbq, i was in my house and i heard a big loud bang as loud as a gun shot. i don't know what happened that time. my food was cooking and it was working fine but then i heard a big bang so i just turned it off and then i didn't continue to use it since then. i don't know what i should do? since i don't know what that big bang was I'm scared to use it again. i don't know if its the bbq problem or a propane problem? i want to detach the propane tank and take it to exchange for another one but i don't know if something might happen when i detach it?

i have a canon eos30d with a 18-135mm lens. i was shooting 400iso and 1/60 and i have experienced black/dark spots in the shots when i pull them up on my mac. This is my second time shooting at the beach experiencing this. It shows up in the sky parts of my images. Could it be bits of sand/salt that got on my lens? i have a lens filter on it too and it shows up on the images with and without the filter on it. Thanks!

sometimes i just really need to get out of the house because my mom gets out of control on me. she said she would report me as a runaway during the day even if i just leave without asking her if i can leave somewhere such as even going across the street for a cup of coffee. can she really just report me for leaving like that just for a few hours? thanks

He pulled me over and said he could tow it and id never get it back, give me a 800$ ticket for riding with no m2 license and also since i didnt have any break lights or blinkers. I was riding in the bicycle lane.

i have researched even before this incident on the CA dmv website and it says that i don't need to have any license and i just need to be 16 which i am. he said if he sees me again then he would charge me and tow it and it would be a misdemeanor. this is the link for the dmv law on mopeds. i know its legal but what if he sees me again? what should i say? i don't want him to give me any tickets or any crap like that for a law that i am not breaking. thanks.
