My roommate is in a wheel chair, and basically, I'm very non-confrontational. But seriously, he smells awful. I don't know if it's pee, sweat, or just general body odor. It smells whenever he leaves his room to go to the kitchen, or if I ever even get close to his room, it just stinks. (Reasoning for each possibility, not being a dick).

So like, I don't know what I can buy to just get rid of the smell. I don't care if it just covers the smell, I just don't want to smell it. Have any suggestions? I only have 4 more months here then I'll be getting a new roommate.

I'm taking a yoga class in college next quarter, and I have a 5 week break now, and was wondering what can I do to prepare for it? Mostly the whole, their will be a lot of movements that I can't do, so how can I increase my chances of being able to do them? I don't know a thing about yoga, so names/anything would be helpful (All I found online was like, what to do right before taking the class lol).

I've been skating about 2 weeks now, and I got down to 7 minutes. I'm guessing this isn't to fast, so I was wondering, what are some good times to aim for while skating per a mile? I was thinking of trying to get down to 5 minutes in the coming weeks, but I just want to know if their is a place I can go to find it? I couldn't think of what to Google.

Hey,

I'm on my second day of skating, and I did three and a half miles, and I ended up getting a blister on the bottom of my right foot on the inside arch. It didn't split open, and it isn't bubbling up to much.

My question is, how can I prevent it from ripping open, but keep skating? If this isn't possible, how can I get it to heal quicker so I can start again?

I don't know how to explain it, but it is like a book bag, you wear it like one, but rather than straps, they have like ropes... I can't find them online, and I don't know what they're called and how to look them up...

So,

I suck at math, and therefore I can't take the classes I want, because I got a D and not a >C on our math class we must take, so I can't take the classes I want (Yes, I did say that twice).

Anyways, so I want to start taking more challenging classes as I am really bored now having to take one programming class, and a stupid computer class... Therefore, I found two classes our school is offering that's a little higher up, and I might need to take it later on, but mostly, I am interested in them...

So, I have a couple choices, I can:

1. Sit in on the class, don't tell teacher, and just do it anyways (Not many teachers take attendance and even then, doubt they'd notice I was there unless they were pretty much full, which I doubt).

2. I can email the prof and ask if I may sit in with the class and still do the work.

3. I can actually go to the prof and ask if I can sit in.

What would you suggest? I think obviously I want to do number one, but I don't want to be a dick about it, as they are my higher ups, but at the same time, I don't want to be told no and miss out on free education or at the least, some inside info of how stuff I may work with later on.

Ideas/suggestions? By the way, both teachers are asian, not that this really matters, but at my school, there is a language barrier and people say they don't really care about their classes... But yeah.

So, I might not have a job this summer because my school is awesome and so I get out about a month after everyone else...

I am a CS major, and I love Java, and HATE C++. So, being this way, I want to force myself to love C++ and actually learn it so that I don't hate it...

But anyways, I need a project, that has to do with C++, that'll require me to work quiet a bit, but come out with some kind of positive outcome. I want something challenging, but useful, and do-able. I am a pretty good programmer, so I can do most anything, but I don't have any idea as to what I should do...

So, what I mean by bechmarks is like, what should a child know before and after a grade?

I can't seem to find much on this, and I thought it'd be availible, but I can't find to much...

My brothers fiance told me once (She taught K), that her main priority is that her kids know the ABC's and can count to 100 by the time they graduate.... So, that'd be an example, just I need this for math, english, sciences, etc.

Any help would be great, personal knowledge, things found online... Anything.

In school, we need to take a set of science classes...

Pretty much, I want to take Earth and Environmental Sciences, but I also can choose from Biology, and Physics...

Physics seems to be the one that is most important in computer science, but more I think of it... the more it seems I would never use any of them, so I should take what I'm most interested in...

Can I have some feed back of what you guys think? And if someone has any actual knowledge/experience, can you please say so?

So basic question, would it be most smart if I took physics, or should I go with what I'd enjoy most, environmental science? Or should I do biology?

So, this morning, I got a phone call, so I reached down to answer, and normally I just flip and it answers, but this time, I flip it open, and it doesn't connect, so I push the SEND button, still doesn't...

So I look down at the screen, and their's this black gold bell looking symbol right before the Time: ##.

So, I call back the number, but my call didn't go through, and again, it showed the gold bell with black whip thing at the back side...

They do get the phone call, as they txt'd and said they did, but other than that, I don't know.

Also, I'm not 100 that it's a bell, the symbol is really bad looking and doesn't make sense...

So question: Anyone know what it is, what it means, how to get rid of it, has had it, etc. etc.?

So, I scored a 5 on my college test, so I placed in Trig/Discrete math. Problem is, Pre-Calc is a 4, and so I don't have to take it.

So, I was wondering, in Calc, would I be able to get by with just Trig and no Pre-Calc? Like, I've seen what people do in Calc, and it all looks like trig math, but with more symbols and stuff... So would it be best if I skip the pre-calc and just continue ahead like my advisor said?

She said desserts are most common, but I'm not really, amazing, at making one item, and I want it to be something common enough that people will actually eat it, but it has to be easy enough for me to be able to make with some-what ease...
