Still Questioning the Possibility of Pregnancy?
I asked a question just a few days ago about the possibility of becoming pregnant with the pullout method when he did not ejaculate inside of me, and I got mixed answers.
I am about 9 DPO, 5 days away from my expected period date, 13 days after sex, and I've been feeling a little strange. Just off. A few hot flashes throughout the day.
I also have been experiencing some discharge. Yesterday it was clear and kind of thick, today it's watery with just the tiniest bit of brown. I had cramping a few days ago paired with headaches that come and go. I got a negative when I took a test this morning.
Is this just my mind playing tricks on me or is pregnancy still a possibility?
1 AnswerPregnancy6 years agoChances of Pregnancy?
I am an 18 year old female, and I just recently started having sex. I wanted to know what the chances are of me getting pregnant.
We had sex 11 days ago, the day before my period tracker says I was supposed to ovulate. He had a condom on but took it off halfway through, and he didn't finish inside of me. We did the same last night. Yesterday I was experiencing some strange symptoms but I thought that 10 days was way too early for it to be pregnancy related. Should I be concerned at all? Is it even likely that his pre-ejaculate could have gotten me pregnant?
5 AnswersPregnancy6 years agoWhat to wear with black leather boots with gold accents?
I tried to upload a picture but it wouldn't work. I have a pair of mid-calf black leather boots that have gold accents (buckles, zippers) and I have no idea what to wear with them. Pants, tops, no idea.
Could I wear leggings with them? If so, what top would match?
2 AnswersFashion & Accessories6 years agoHow to tell people about my depression?
I'm 17, and I've been severely depressed for about 4 years now and generally depressed for most of my childhood.
I just told my parents a few months ago, and I'm in therapy now (which isn't working). The problem is, no one else but my immediate family knows.
I feel like my depression is a huge part of my identity right now, and that by hiding it from my peers I'm hiding who I am. I also feel like I'm bottling up my emotions.
I'm a senior in high school and no one there knows the real me because I'm obscured by this cloud of depression. But if I give in and just admit how I feel, I think I'll sound whiny and dramatic and just annoy everyone. What do I do?
8 AnswersMental Health7 years agoAntidepressant Alternatives?
I'm a 17 year old girl and I'm severely depressed.
My world basically came crashing down today when I relented and told my older sister, who immediately told my parents. Everyone is walking on eggshells around me.
Anyway, if I go to a therapist they'll recommend antidepressants. The problem with that is I am a gun owner, hunter, target shooter and if I took even one pill I'd never be allowed to possess a firearm again. It may not be a good idea for me have guns now, but what about in the future when im in a better state of mind?
Is marijuana an option? Any alternative ways to ease my depression?
1 AnswerMental Health7 years agoCannot Stand Certain Smells?
A while back I was diagnosed with OCD, so I don't know if this is related. But I can't stand certain smells, particularly food related. I've gotten into the habit of always holding my breath when I open the fridge or the closet where the garbage is at. If the fridge smells like anything at all it makes me want to gag and cry. I also can't stand dirty dishes or kitchen sinks, especially ones that have crumbs stuck to the sides. I'm sick of feeling like a mental patient. What can I do?
1 AnswerPsychology7 years ago17 year old female with chest pain?
Hi, I'm a 17 year old girl and I've been having sporadic chest pains for a few weeks now. At first I thought it was stress, but I'm out of school now and my exams are over so I'm really not stressed about anything. My next guess was depression. I've heard that it could cause chest pains, too.
I've been feeling it right around my heart area, and today I could feel it straight through to my back, too. Last week my symptoms were accompanied with light nausea and dizziness, but my mom just told me it was stress.
I'm 120 lbs, 5'5, I don't eat as healthy as I could but I'm still relatively fit. Someone told me that I was probably having a heart attack but it's nearly impossible for a 17 year old to have one, so obviously that's crossed off of the list too.
