Me and my boyfriend have been living in the same household for a year now. He takes care of his little nephew and I take care of my neice. They haved lived with us for the past year. We do not have custody of them. Can he claim his nephew and I claim my Niece? Their parents advised that we could claim them since we have been taking care of them, and they live with us. We are of course filing seperately. Will it be legal to claim at the same house and can he claim head of household and i just claim single and the child?

I've been in a relationship now for a year and a month. At the very beginning everything was fine he was very caring every time I cried he would always hold me and comfort me. But the last like 5 months have been horrible he does not even care when I cry or im stress out or had a bad day If i cry he tells me to shut up he never calls me beautiful anymore. Okay we have 2 small pit bull pups the landlord came by today to do an appraisal and i hurried and took the dogs with me in the car and the dog igloo was still in the back yard they saw it. We just signed a lease the lease states that if pit bull found on premises be immediate grounds for termination if we get terminated will they give us the money back that we paid for rent this month?
