somethimes when i see alot of blood in a movie i feel a little strange and im not realy scared of death maybe i feel repulsed by it ?

because of stress and lack of sleep im becoming more and more fat and ive noticed my head aches just keep getting worse and worse i think its because of the weight gain and i feel like the weight gain makes me paranoid for no reason lazy and confused its so bad that i literaly spends months just thinking how to solve my anxiety without doing anything all i did was think and i became so desperate that i started to lose weight in an unhealthy way and losing the weight makes me focus so much better and now im just doing instead of thinking if i cant lose weight than i wont work on my anxiety cause i will feel lazy confused and paranoid for no reason but the anxiety is making me fat
