Don't you want to praise Him for all of His incredible work . And honor Him for His perfect Love .

And thank Him for life and the great gift he has Given us even though we are not deserving of it ?

Or are matters such as : Right from wrong , Good and Evil , proper and improper , Acceptable and unacceptable Etc. Simply decided in the mind of the Individual.

I have my take on these matters but I wanted to get a feel for the thoughts of the Yahoo answers community in this.

OK Below is a list of examples of things that I think are absolutely wrong and evil and unacceptable and intolerable.

But I have talked to people who feel that even these things are OK as long as the individual believes it's OK and that their views on these things are to be respected .

Here is the list of examples.

Murder , rape , theft , lying , assault , tyranny , torture ,prostitution , Rudeness , arrogance , disrespecting good parents , Abandonment , child molest .

So do you agree , are there absolute wrongs and rights ?

And are you absolutely sure of your answer .

I'm greatly troubled in the spirit about how we treat those who express the ultimate degree of despair on the Q&A.

Please help me to understand why we don't offer loving council , Why we call them cowards and say that we don't care about them , and make jokes about their situation.

Are we really that heartless ??

Even the apostle Paul reached a point where He say's that He despaired even unto death, I don't think we would have said these things to Him.

If we value life then why do we laugh at the pain of others who would take their own lives and step into eternity without redemption.

I'm so disturbed at this behavior , it is terribly sad I don't understand such heartlessness.

Earlier today I decided to test the so often expressed claim of tollerence of the views of others , by asking a question that expressed an absolute spiritual view point on the subject of God's judgement.

Well it seems that the idea of tollerence is not absolute .The tollerent majority suddenly became very indignant .

Although many of them just could'nt get past my spelling error long enough to adderess the topic, Those who did were very intollerent of the view that I expressed.

So why are they tollerent of only the views that they agree with or those that are wishy washy and won't stand up for what God's word has to say ?

and that wich is an abomination is an abomination,and that wich is currupt is curruptand that wich is evil should be destroyed ,what would you say?

when I was a kid a teacher assigned us to write a letter telling our mom's why we love them. I knew that I loved her but couldn't think of a reason for it . Today my wife asked why I love her and again I can't think of a reason . I don't think love needs a reason, do you ???
