Have a BSN in nursing, but can't pass my test?
I am in the studying process but trying to get a job in the meantime in a hospital. I keep applying, even for a CNA position and no one will even contact me back. What am i doing wrong. Am i over qualified when they look at my resume. I need a job and feel worthless when I apply and get NO response. Anybody have some direction or ideas for me? Do I need to know someone? Help!
