a very close family member of mine has an auntie, and her aunt has a single detached house that she has for rent. the latest tenants can not pay for the rent, only 2,300 pesos. and they said that they are going to move house that they were just to consume the one month deposit which was agreed by us. then the renter texted us and said that they want the rent to be lowered to 1,500 pesos. we did not agreed. to make the long story shorter, after calls and messagings the renter said that we need to allow them to stay in the house until they find a new house for them to move. we said that they could stay but not for a very long time. the renter said that there is a law that says any renter/renters can not be forced to leave the house they are renting if the renter/renters do not have a place to move. now, my question is, how many days or weeks should they be allowed to stay in the house? thanks a lot. im hoping for your quick response.

i installed comodo dragon and comodo icedragon browsers. comodo dragon is great. but since i uses broadband connection for internet, sometimes i prefers icedragon when surfing and downloading files because it is less in pc resources. but comodo icedragon says that i need to install internet security. i want to do that, but my only concern is that i hate uninstalling microsoft security essentials. i love this anti virus.. but in the other hand i need to be secured online. as far as i can remember, my windows media player that came up pre-installed with my acer laptop used to play dvd movies. but now it can not. oh my goodness. and i dont have the budget as of now to purchase those stuffs that windows offers online. what site is safe and good to download free version of windows media player? do i have to uninstalled my old media player? and also, what other players can you guys here recommend, only the safe and free downloads please . . .

please exclude anti-malwarebytes, spybot search and destroy, and superantispyware... iam really having hard time trying to find the one that is not very confusing/misleading to use... i used to have spybot but i uninstalled it because it seems to use a lot of my cpu... i uninstalled superantispyware because i could not understand how or when it should be updated (i was using the free version).. one time, i think i even had updated it twice at the same day..
