To keep it simple, I type for a living. I type for 4 or more hours a day and cannot get up and move around. I have to make sure I type fast, and catch all the important details. I try to adjust, or stretch my hand and arm. The pain is the worst in the wrist, left side, but has moved up the arm and just gotten worse. I have seen my doctor and she wants me to try home treatment before surgery. I have searched the web, tried ice, compression, and OTC pain killers, that only give short term minor relief. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I have exercising about 5 weeks now.30 minute cardiovascular and 30 minutes strength training with weights. I do this 5 days a week eat healthy, consuming 1300 calories a day. What could possibly be keeping me at the same weight?

So the pipes under my home froze due to -9 degree weather. Once we got them thawed we only had cold water. Come to find out our water heater pipes froze as well. We are slowly thawing all the pipes. Now if we have all the faucets on in one bathroom and turn on the faucet in the kitchen the bathroom water flows stronger. What could this possibly mean? Any help would be great.

I got a wood frame bed from and auction and it wasn't varnished, so i sanded it and put a clear varnish on. Followed the directions applying different coats. It looks good but I can't seem to get it to be really smooth, I used a soft rag and not brush to avoid the lines. Any advice???

Ok so I've been married 3 years only lived with my hubby for a year and half due to military deployments. His mother treats me horribly and even efter seeing it first hand he tells me just to brush it off and not let it get to me. Yeah i give him credit since he partially stood up for me for the first time in our marriage. But i dont think he fully gets the stress it causes on our marriage or on me. Is there anything I can do to help him understand, or do i just need to see how things pan out? Any advice would be great!!

I take medicine because my thyroid levels are too low, I am looking for a weight loss supplement or something to help with my last 20 pounds to lose. If anyone has any good info it'd be great. Ok my husband and I have been married for 3 years and he never stands up for me with his mom, she is terrible. Always butting in and putting me down, always blaming me for him not visiting, all the mother in law nightmares combined in one!! He always says that he will next time but he always just sits back and lets her say and do what she pleases. What should I do?? I have tried not even seeing her when possible and when i do it am polite but wont talk to her. I have even talked to my husband but feel like nothing gets through. Any help would be great?

My town has gotten a lot of crazy weather and my yard is very muddy. I only have two wheel drive vehicles and I get stuck in the mud a lot. Ok So I got the Christmas gifts from my mother and father in law. My FIL got me and my husband some very cool thing that we could really use. Well my MIL gave my husband cool things he can use and gave me a tooth brush and a razor blade not a disbosblae one though, and 5 huge picture frames even though she knows that I have one picture only on my wall and that is my wedding photo (the rest go in scrap books). I wasn't rude and said I liked them and thanked her, but I am wondering if she a hidden meaning to her gifts.

And yes I shave all the time and brush my teeth like crazy, hygien is a huge priority in my house.

My MIL is a nurse and keeps asking me if I want a flu shot because she keeps them in her car. She takes them from her work and just gives them to whoever wants one. Is this illegal or anything, I assumed that it was, plus the ones of the family that get the shots from her have already gotten one and she is giving them a second, isn't that to much, don't you only need one?

Ok so my hubby is deployed to Iraq and will come in Feb for a week of R & R, is it weird to leave my christmas tree up until then so he can still see it and open his gifts with a little Christmas feel? Or should I take it down and just leave out his gifts?

Ok so I now this is lame to ask but I really can't figure it out, my alarm light was blinking in my car when my friends dropped me back off at home. Does that mean that the someone tried to get in my car (i know the light goes off when the alarm has been set off), but should it still be blinking even though i reset it??

Ok I don't know the technical name for it but it is that little piece of cartilage that is right in front of the ear opening above the ear lobe. I have seen people get it pierced and think it looks cute, does anyone know if, or how bad, it hurts???

OK so my sister in law recently married in November and complained about her wedding gift from me and my hubby, she even said that she threw it away because it wasn't what she wanted and then went on about what i am to get her for Christmas. So is ok to not get her anything? I don't want to waste the money for her to throw it away and the stuff she does want is like a 42 inch flat screen tv and new furniture?? Please help, I don't want to be rude but don't want to throw away the money.

I have an open kitchen plan and and very open living room and dining room. I am looking for some cheap but cute decorating tips. It is my first year in my new house and all me and my hubby have is a tree because our old place was so small. Any ideas would be great!!!!!
