  • Can the Samsung Rogue be put on a family plan?

I lost my old phone and am looking to buy a new one. The Samsung Rogue looks really nice however it requires a "Data Package or Nationwide Premium or Connect Plan". What I was wondering was if I could add the Rogue to my existing family plan and not have to pay more per month. I don't know if it is available on other networks but I am Verizon.

  • How can I block a computer from accessing my wireless network?

I am having a problem with my brother downloading torrent files. I don't care as much that he is downloading them, but he is doing it on my families wireless network and slowing down all the other computers in the house. He will not stop or do it only at hours when other people will not be using the internet.

We both have Macbook Pro's and I was wondering if there was a program for Leopard that would find his computer's MAC address. And then I was wondering how to program my 2wire router to block his computer from connecting to the network. It has gotten slow enough that at times I am not even able to have a simple text chat because there is a 5-10 minute lag between receiving and sending messages.

  • What should I do to gear myself towards a career in computer programming?

I'm currently in High School but am very interested in pursuing a career in programming. I was wondering if there is anything I could do in High School to start myself on the correct path. Also if anybody could recommend any colleges in Massachusetts with a good Technology program (other than MIT) that would also be appreciated.

  • My new computer I assembled makes a beeping noise than shuts down. What's wrong?

I have a Gigabyte EP45-DQ6 motherboard and I've assembled everything as specified by the directions. But when I press the power button it starts to boot up, then makes a beeping noise (I've noticed that right as the noise starts there is a blue LED that lights up right by the CPU LED's but in its own separate place.) Then the computer beeps for roughly 3-4 seconds before shutting down. Then it tries to boot up again without me doing anything, but the same process repeats. Also the moniter I have connected never shows any change during this whole process.
