With a new 'sex tape' being released each week (it seems) by random celebrities I'm always so confused as to how it's legal for it to be sold to a production company. If both parties are not consenting how is it legal for the company to sell it? Or is it a case where on party pretends to be upset but they both are consenting to release it? Thanks!

Death panels have been debunked (for ridiculously obvious reasons), rationing ALREADY HAPPENS ("preexisting conditions"), and socialized medicine is NOT what anyone is proposing (despite what Hannity and Beck whisper into your ears).

I don't even agree with what is being proposed, but goodness people can't you come up with some RATIONAL arguments? "Washington Bureaucrats are going to stand between you and your doctor" What about the health insurance companies standing between people with conditions and any coverage at all? You don't consider insurance agents bureaucrats? Are you not just being sore losers because you didn't like Obama to begin with?

All I have heard from the Repub. side is "Generational theft" referring to the amount of money that Obama has been spending. #1 Not all of us think nationalized health care is a good idea, nor did we all agree with the stimulus bill. BUT before you through your hypocritical stones, what about our planet?? Is it really so wrong to want to save it for the generations after us? I urinate about twice an hour. I don't think I drink enough, but (sorry for the details) a lot comes out every time! I don't drink sodas, but a lot of tea and water. There is never any discomfort, so in your expert opinions is this normal?

I just got finished reading Escape by Carolyn Jessop. It was heartbreaking and fascinating. I can not imagine how horrible the conditions she had to live and raise her children were. So who out there actually thinks it's okay for these people to raise their children in such a hateful and biased culture?

My 21st birthday is in May of 09. (I plan early) I originally wanted to go to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, but after finding out that it is a 46 hr drive one way(because flying is OUT OF THE QUESTION) it might be hard to schedule due to work.
