alternate way to turn on a computer when the on button is permanently indented?
My husband pushed his on button on his macintosh so hard, it is permanently indented and i can't turn it on. Is there any other way to get that button to work or an alternate way to turn on the computer?

I have been an insulin dependant diabetic for over 35 years. I just found out i need a hysterectomy and i am a little worried. I still have a couple of doctors appointments before this is finalyzed, but it will be an abdomen hysterectomy do to a very large fibroid in my uterous.
I would like to hear from people who have diabetes and have had a hysterectomy. Please tell me what to expect and how your diabetes was taken care of after the surgery.
Anyone else who has had a hysterectomy, i would greatly appriciate any advice as well.

cortisone raises blood sugars and mine have been in the 300's all week. I got the shot on Monday, july 9th and it is now the 12th.
i can bring it down with extra insulin, but it raises itself again in a few hours.
Any idea how long this will last?
