Whenever a Non Muslim person commits a crime, his religion isn't brought up. But when a Muslim commits a Crime, his religion is the 1st thing to be brought up. Why is the media so hell bent on maligning Islam? Many people who insult Islam don't even know anything about Islam, some who think they do bring forth parts of Ayats of the Quran without studying its context at all! Let me give you an example. If I quote a part of somebody's dialogue, say, " Kill him", people will think Im a murderer, but if I tell you the whole dialogue, which is "Kill him, for he is a rapist", then your view will change. Some people say that the Quran says "Kill the Infidels" but that is not the whole dialogue! Why dont they read the whole context, the whole paragraph? The word Islam means 'Submission to God' and is derived from the root word 'Salam' which means Peace! Do I have to say anything more?
