  • Settle this bet please!!! I need the money!! 10 points?

My older cousin and I have been arguing about this man that is always at my sisters soccer games. We have been betting each other about his hair. I have always said that I knew he had a wig on and my cousin said no way. I could tell because sometimes it looked crooked. Finally he bet me $20 that it wasn't a wig. So after the coast was clear I ran by and yanked on his hair. Sure enough it came off. (BTW it was hilarious!! Almost everyone died laughing. I kinda felt bad because a lot of kids made fun of his daughter at school today, but it was funny). Anyway he was completely bald except on the sides. Kinda like Dr. Phil. Well after I dropped the wig and took off running I met my cousin behind the shelter house and told him to pay me. He said no. And I was like what? He said that the guy had a toupay and not a wig. What is a toupay? Who is right me or him? His hair DID come off. I am super mad.

  • Who is worse? O.J. Jenkins or Joran van der Sloot?

Who do you think is more infamous? O.J. Jenkins or Joran van der Sloot. They are both hated for their involvement in high profile murders.

  • Whose side are you on?

All over the news they are talking about Webster's body and funeral. Apparently, his wife/ex-wife and his parents are fighting for his little body. There's been no funeral and they are fighting for the rights to his body. They probably want to cash in on it. Sad. Poor Webster.

  • How did Magic Johnson beat cancer?

I don't get it. I have had relatives catch cancer and they have died. And none of them lived for 20 years with it. And the end of their lives were very ugly. It is a bad way to go. I am starting to wonder if he ever even caught it, or if there is a cure and he won't tell anyone. I can't figure it out. It must be frustrating for people who have it and see Magic Johnson gain weight and live a normal life.

  • Who is sad that Ozzie Ozborne died?

I don't really know much about Black Sabbith, but I guess they were pretty big before Meet The Ozbornes was on MTV. I bet a lot of people that like that kind of loud, death metal music are sad. I wonder if they will get another lead singer, or if his kids will be okay. I know they are kind of poorly adjusted.

  • Restaurant question. How do buffets work?

The Pizza Stop by our house has all you can eat on Fridays and tonight My Mom and Dad took me and my sister. My mom told us to bring our back packs. I didn't know why but we grabbed them. During dinner my parents were eating a ton of pizza (this is what I thought). Then when it was time to leave we grabbed our bags and they were full of pizza slices. My folks put them in there. We got about 25 pieces to take home. I asked my mom if this is okay and she said 'Yes, we paid to eat didn't we?" I just don't know why we didn't ask for to-go boxes like usual.

  • My Mom wasn't honest. What should I do?

We had a yard sale last week (I helped take money and make change). Among the things that was for sale was a mattress that my grandma used to sleep on when she lived with us (she died this summer). Anyway my grandma always peed in the bed, almost every night. And sometimes number 2. Her room stunk, that's why we kept Smoky's litter box in the same room. Anyway, the mattress had a huge yellow stain on it. My mom put a price on $10 on the bed and when a lady asked about it and the stain my mom told her, "Oh that is just a lemonade stain from one of the kids I babysit. I was so angry when it happened, but how do you get angry at a 4 year old. No, don't worry the mattress is practically brand new." But, I know that my mom put the mattress on the porch for two days to air out and then used a whole bottle of febreze on it the day of the yard sale. Anyway, the lady bought the bed. I kind of feel bad because I didn't say anything. What should I have done? Should I have called the authorities?

  • McDonald's question. Is this right? Can I sue for anything?

I went to McDonald's last night at about 9:45, it closes at 10:00. I asked for a chicken sandwich and the teller told me that they were out and they would have to cook one if I wanted one. I told him I was willing to wait. For some reason he looked pissed. Anyway he walked in the back and returned pretty quickly and said,"Oh, I was mistaken we do have a delicious chicken sandwich available, here you go." I thought it was pretty weird, but I was glad I got my sandwich. I paid and left. As my friend was driving, I took a bite of my sandwich and it all fell apart, it almost exploded. I tried to keep it together and lifted off the top bun and noticed that the cook just took 5 McNuggets and smushed them together. I tried to go back and see what happened but they were closed. What can I do? Why would they do that? Is this any kind of felony? Seriously, this is messed up. Any suggestions?

  • Does drinking beer put hair on your chest?

My uncle always gives my little cousin Eric, who is 8, drinks out of his beer and says 'it puts hair on your chest.' Yesterday they had a bbq and my uncle had Eric drink a whole beer in front of his friends and then said that 'he'll have a hairy chest by tomorrow if he keeps this up.' Is this true?

  • Help with my uncle? I need advice?

My uncle and cousin moved to my home town for the summer from 6 states away. My cousin will be 15 in December, I know this for a fact. Anyway my uncle signed him up for little league which has an age limit of 12 years old. He leads the league in everything and is the talk of the town. People just buy my uncle beer at the tavern and tell him his son is the best baseball player our town has ever seen. Eveyone always asks me about him and how great he is. The problem is is that no one knows the truth and probably won't find out because they are only staying with us for the summer while my uncle and aunt go through a divorce. Anyway my cousin already won the MVP and will pitch in the Championship on Sunday. What should I do?

  • Is this okay? Children and food question?

My cousin Eric, who is in 5th grade, is kind of chunky, not real fat, but a little fat and taller than most of us. He can eat quite a bit for a kid his age and once in a while me and my other cousins talk him into eating a bunch of Starbursts all at once or something. But, all summer My Uncle, his dad, has been taking him to Krystal's restaurant and buying him sackfuls of burgers. Two or three ought to be enough, but he has been buying Eric 10-12 at a time and he has been eating all of them as fast as he can. After asking I found out that my uncle wants to enter Eric in a contest called The Krystal's Square Off. It is the same as the 4th of July hot dog contest with Kobayashi, but with burgers. Eric said he is in training. This don't seem good because I know that fast food is bad for you, even a little. And I can tell that Eric has gotten fatter, because we went swimming on fouth of July and he looked bigger than when school got out. My uncle takes him at least 4 times a week and they practice. Is this bad?

  • Who else is sad Eddie George got murdered?

I don't watch much sports, but I think it is sad that Eddie George got murdered. My cousin and good friend live in Tennessee and love the Nashville Titans and have told me that it is a big deal down there. Eddie's funeral was today and they said it was on TV.

  • What is too young for a child to have a gold grill?

I am asking because my cousin is dating a guy with a 3 year old and he has been getting little gold grills made for his son. He said that he has bought several of them because as the kid gets new teeth in they no longer fit. I have yet to see the child without one in so I can't tell if it is affecting his teeth or not. And I know that he has more than one pair, because sometimes they have rubies and diamonds and sometimes they don't. I am curious if they are going to affect the growth of his teeth. I asked my cousin about this and she told me to shut up and it doesn't matter because she loves him.

  • Smart People. Anyone. Please help. PLEASE?

Yesterday, my cousin and I took my uncles 1986 Suburban for a drive. The only problem is that we skipped school and took it without asking. My cousin is old enough to drive and he picked me up and we drove around while my uncle was at work. At one point we were ramping the car over some speed bumps and after the third go around the muffler fell off and started dragging. We got back to the house real quick and let the car cool down. Neither of us know much about cars and the only thing we had is some bathroom caulk. We used a hanger at the back end and caulked the muffler as best we could at the engine end. We started the car and it was quiet. We parked it back like it was and I went home. Well my uncle got home and drove it down the street and returned complaining about the muffler. He thinks it just rusted off and is planning on taking it to the shop tomorrow morning. I am worried about the mechanic coming out and asking my Uncle about his repair skills. We are so screwed. Is there anything we can do tonight to fix this before the morning. Please help.
