I have a bit of a favor to ask. For my TV Writing class I'm supposed to write a sitcom pilot that fills a need that hasn't been filled by sitcoms in the past (my school's kind of on an activism kick lmao my opinion is that we should just make art for the sake of art but whatevs) so, my question is:

What's something you wish you could see in a sitcom, but haven't yet? Concept-wise, representation-wise, anything. Any input would be super super helpful. Thanks!

Okay, so I've somehow been cast as Fiona in Shrek the Musical. I can sing okay, but I'm NOT an actress at all. I really want this production to not suck, so could anyone offer some advice on how to not suck as an actor?? Sorry that's vague, but like anything helps.

So, I'm in 8th grade, and I'm applying to a whole bunch of high schools, and I think I'm down to my top two. Let's call them School A and School B. School A is farther away, but there's a bus. It's extremely rigorous, but I think I can handle it. Its arts program is AMAZING, but here's the thing. I wouldn't be able to take any math past Calculus. School B is less rigorous, but still offers challenges. It would let me take a whole variety of math after Calculus, which is good because if I went there I'd be taking Calculus my sophomore year, as I'm in Trigonometry right now. But their musical theatre program, choir, and band are not too good (basically pretty terrible). I really love both music and math, and I can NOT decide at all! Help!

Okay, so my go-to soprano audition song has always been Think of Me from Phantom of the Opera. But my school's musical this year is Phantom and I REALLY want the part of Christine. Unfortunately, I can't audition with a song from Phantom. Anyone have any suggestions?

Okay, so I'm applying to high school. I'm in 8th grade now and I'm taking Geometry. There's this one school that would let me take Trigonometry but my other interest is musical theatre and their program is not terrible, but not as good as this other school. The other school has an amazing musical theatre program and would basically be my dream school except this: They won't let freshmen take Trigonometry even if they've already gotten an A in Algebra I and II and Geometry. I can't decide between the two because I love math and musical theatre equally! Please help!!
