If a female has chronic back pain due to herniated discs and and has been taking pain meds(narcotics) for yrs now should she still be able to continue her meds or should she stop the meds and deal with the pain. which may cause her to be in bed all the time because the pain is to bad and now with the extra weight has gotten worse?

I remember being told to stay away from cat liter when i was preg last yr and now that I am preg again of course i will stay away but just cant remember why... anyone

i have no motivation to do anything. I wait last minute to clean before my husband comes home. i dont want to do anything when he comes home i am a better person! i feel better but dring the day i am bored and have no energy. I am overwieght but have been all my life. I recently lost 70 lbs and am currnetly bike riding 10 minles a day 5 days a week. and when i am not exercising i go for walks along the beach! I am not PG. but have no idea what the hell is wrong with me. I feel bad. i know i have alot of thngs to do but dont do it! i useto work all the time but hurt my back a year ago. and cant work! and it sucks i want to work but cant. anyone else feel this way??

Now that I got you all up and running I have another question. Liek I said I smoke outside away from my kids. I come in wash my hands and take my sweater off.

We go to amusement parks all the time living in San Diego we live by alot. So we are at Seaworld, Mind you I never smoke in places like this because there are soo many kids and also the animals. Well we are going from one ride to another and there is this guy and girl abuot 40ish smoking away and the smoke is going into my motherinlaws face who has various breathing problems. I asked them nicely to please go to the smoking area and he tells me to shut the f up. I blew it off cuz I was with my other family. So we go to see the dolphin show and there they are smoking away. my motherinlaw was having a cough attack. So we had to move. I go up to them and exchanged words. I tried to be clean with my words but they were cursing alot.

I run into her in the rest room and she is smoking and there is a mommy (continues what)

We all know that smoking around our children is very bad. I am a big smoker but have always gone outside away from the door to smoke. I do not smoke in the car if my son is with me because I feel that is very wrong and I try to make sure he is far away from second hand smoke.

Well I take him to the doctor and she asked " who smokes in the house?" Like she knew! I said noone does but we some outside away from the door. She tells me that I am still bringing second hand smoke around my son because it is on my clothes and hands. I explained that I come in and wash my hands and take my sweater off and she said it does not matter I have to shower after every cig and change my chothes, putting my clothes in a bag. I am sorry but this I feel is retarded!! Im a ex nurse and have never heard someone say this.

My question to you is, Do you feel this is tru and why?

Im not looking for anyone to tell me Im a bad mom or how to raise my son, all I want is to see what you all think ur opinion

Ive found myself helping children n my nieghborhood that r going the wrong direction w/gangs & drugs. Ive made a big impact in these kids lifes & it makes me feel great! 1 child we helped out was in a gang & got high all the time. he was always getting locked up. Once he became a part of our family he started to change. We feed him, took him places & kept hiim out of trouble, so we thought. 1 day he calls us that his mom we getting evicted & had no were to go. We have a big house & decided to help her. She moved in. Then we get a call that he got arrested, I was so sad. it seemed that we cared more then she did. The whole time she lived with us she never got a job & wanted 2 sleep all day. I had to kick her out. Later found out she was tweeking in my house!

I get a call from his PO saying they will release him to us & only us. But talked to him a week before & he sounded like he was back to his old ways. I want 2 help but feel that he doesnt want to change hes 17 what do u al think

I too my son to the doctor because he had a bad cough. I told her that he has been on a diet, well watching his eating and he does not lose the wieght. He does not drink soda, candy and carbs. We go bike riding 4 miles a day and i lose the wieght but he doesnt. The doctor turned around and said "its comeing from somewhere!" very rude. Mind you this was not his doctor but a PA. and she was about 400 lbs herself. Then she gives my son a pamplet about obesity. and i made a comment to the nurse "make a copy for her cuz she is a big b*tch! I told her that i have taken classes for nutrition and know how to feed him. and that he might have a medical condition. and instead of offering to run tests she talks sh!t. What do you all think ?

I had a appointment yesterday to become a foster parent and i was so sick that i did not want to go and get everyone else sick i have been sick on and off for 3 weeks. Now i feel that i should have still gone. and I feel as if i did something wrong. If i was working i would have still gone. I dont think that there is any other reason just that i was sick. i just feel so bad!

I was arguing with this person about Mexicans, Hispanics(mexican americans, And Latino. They were saying that all Hispanics were bad tippers. But I have always been the first to tip for the service I get! Even if I dont have all that much money at the time I still tip and this person along with other waitresses in Tucson Arizona's Craiglist all agreed in saying we ti bad. I guess I am looking for other waitresses that feel this is not true...any takers??

I an female and have been with my man for almost nine yrs. and yes I do love him but I am always thinking about other females. I think females are beautiful. and sometimes get turned on by females. I have never been with a female. but always think about it. I could never go down on a female or want one to go down on me but just the fact that females are sexy*ss people. And If I do go for a female she has to be hella fine. beause only sexy fine women turn me on. I dont know how to think. I love my man and I love d*ck. But I always think what would it be like. I need some feed back. I have been with my man for 8 1/2 yrs. But he does not want to have sex. We are always together and hardly ever fight or get in to silly agruements. It has been about one month since the last time we had sex. He cuddles with me and he tells me he loves me all the time and his atitude has not changed at all.

He has been sad ever since his brother passed away. But I have gave him all of the support he needs. And now that I think about it ever since he passed away we have stopped having sex. I dont know how to make things better. I am so lost. And I dont want to make this about me but after a couple of months and only getting it twice sucks. I want to be there for him but I think enough is enough and he needs to be there for me.

I am so lost! I had to raise my son alone for 8 yrs & have to say I have done a great job. I think anyways! Hes in 6th grade & test at a 9th grade level in math & reading.kid would blow ur mind. His teachers tell me that the things that come out of his mouth r things they havent heard since the 60s and 70s. He is a only child & I play a big role in his learning and life in general. I been involved in gangs and drugs as a teen & dont want that for my child. His biological father was murdered due to the same reasons. Im very open with my child he knows the diffrence between right and wrong. He is a awsome kid. But Im pulling my hair out with this kid! The things that comes out of his mouth & the disrespect is unberrible. He was never like this because Im a hard*ss when it come to parenting & he knows u dont speak to ur parents that way. But now that hes in JR High he has change, all I want is my baby back! I cant spank him or put him in time out he is 6 ft Help! Just serious answers plz

Kinda goes with my other question, How much do you get for fosterig a child in san diego ca. It is not about the money but just trying to see if it is possible and How many I can take on. I hate knowing that there is kids out there with no one to love them. But living in san diego is very expensive so financualy I want to see if it will be possible. trust me I am not in it for the money! I love kids! 100% If I could I would take 50 kids and move them in!

o i asked the question about adpoting a baby or helping a mom with her child untill she is able to take care of her baby herself. But reading all the questions on here has made me and my husband think about fostering. I love helping kids in this nieghborhood but it is hard to help them when there mom s are tweekers and crack heads and they still have to answer to thier parents. I know they are doing wrong but I can only help out so much. My house became the safe haven for the kids in this nieghborhood. So I would like to know if anyone out there has fostered kids. what is the steps i have to take and how hard is it. I know being a parent is hard. i have no problem with that. but i want to know the inside story. help please

Ok i want to adopt a baby or help a mom with her baby. Take the baby after birth and take care of the baby till she gets on her feet. But adpotion is soo hard and also I think there should be a option to the mom to not just give thier baby up but to also be able to come back after she straightens her life. It is so hard but I am a great person and i have raised one wonderful kid. He is 12, 6th grade and testing at a 9th grade level. he blows the teachers minds because he is so smart and worldly. I help kids in the nieghbohood all the time. most of thier mom s are tweekers and crack heads. we live 10 minutes from the beach and most of the kids in this nieghborhood never saw the beach. I take them I feed them I love them. and they show their love back. I love my life. But now I need another baby and my BF/ Husband of 9 yrs cant produce. Sucks what do you all think??

I have been taking Norco 10/325 for about 2 yrs and I do not have the will power to get off. I have tried but the withdraws sucked. I have never been a addict but now I need help. I have three herniated discs in my back but I dont care I will deal with the pain in my own way. Honestly I dont know what I want. Help I guess!!

This is going to sound crazy, but everytime I am scared or my blood pressure is elevated at a rapid pace I taste metal in my mouth. I do not have any fillings or cuts in my mouth. Also there is no sign of blood when this ocurrs. My son was playing a prank on me, which he does often and everytime he does this i get really scared and I taste metal in my mouth. Sounds crazy I know but it is making me go crazy not knowing what the hell is going on. if anyone out there might know please answer. Also about two months ago I turned on my microwave and it sparked. Well When that happened I tasted metal in my mouth. that was the first time. After that it always happens. I thought it could have been from the microwave and the waves but come on two months later??
