You claim pain can't be proven because it isn't tangilbe.

So please show me tangible proof of electricity.

Or have we been duped ever since Ben Franklin and electricity isn't real.

You can't use lightning. It's a result.

I want to see ELECTRICITY not a RESULT of electricity.

Since all religions contradict each other, and the proof of each is ambivalent, wouldn't the safe bet (ergo Pascal's Wager) to be an Atheist?

1 Corinthians 7

I've just seen this dumb statement "Atheism to me is like Laziness to really think. Call it ignorance of God or the willingful desire to ignore something that is so clear and hugely in front of us."

So who is more lazy? The atheist or the theist?

Much of the silliest stuff in the bible comes from the old testament. Like stoning your children. Women marrying their rapists. Ya know, all that good stuff. When put on the spot, the typical apologist christian says,

"These rules made sense in the time they were drawn up. They don't all apply anymore."

So what about the Ten Commandments? They all come from the Old Testament. Shouldn't we dump those silly old rules too?

I say we keep the Ten Commandments but also bring back stoning your children.

Satanists or Atheists?

If an African Tribesman grows up in a remote tribe, completely isolated from society, has never spoke to a christian, never learned to read, never heard of "god" or religion, when he dies, does god send him to hell?

If yes, why?

If no, does he go to heaven? Why?

So there is the constant battle of teaching religion in school. If we were to allow it, where should it go?

Mathematics? I don't think so. There are several math errors in the bible.

Language? I don't think the bible has much to do with learning English.

Science? No. There is nothing scientific about religion.

Physical education? Nope, don't think so.

Health/sex ed? Leviticus 15:16-33, Probably not a good idea.

Music? I could see the relevance of teaching music of various religions. (Not just Christianity)

Social Studies/History? I could see the relevance of teaching history of various mythologies. (Not just Christianity) I think if people had a better understanding of the history of various religions, it would create better harmony among various faiths.

Art? I could see the relevance of teaching art of various religions (Not just Christianity)

They say "god bless you" when you sneeze. Is god only concerned about sneezes? Are those caused by god, but caughs, burps and farts caused by satan?

Should we say "satan bless you" when you caugh, burp, or fart?

The crime rate in this country is BOOMING!

Is the reason because our leaders have had narrow minded focus on the "war on terror" at the expense of our own safety here at home?

Is too much money being spent on the war and homeland security, while cutting funding for law enforcement and community supports for inner city teens?

Deuteronomy 22:13
