I only started working back in sept so I've only made about 5000 this but I have a 10 month old and wanted to know if i qualify for the earned income tax credit

My ex and i have been apart for about 3 months and he is living out of state. He has no job,no car, stays with his girlfriend and I know if he's drug tested he will fail. My son has been living with me since we sperated and he has only came to see him once. I am currently working and living with my mother but working on getting my own place. what kind of visatation rights do you think they'll give him?

If my ex and I both agree on the terms of custody and I have a consent order drawn up for us both to sing can I then just file it with my local court house or how dose that work. Also the father lives out of state so dose that impact it?

I had an ultrasound last night I'm 20 weeks and 3 days and the Tech said it's still to early to tell the gender. Witch I found odd because I know most people can tell around this time. I saw clearly with my son at 17 weeks. I was wondering if may she just didn't kow what she was lookin at?

What is the best way to go about finding someone who has been missing for about 2 years. My boyfriends ex left town with his kid 2 years ago and hasnt been heard from since. He has her social security number and all that good stuff but whats the best way to go about looking for her. We don't think she's working on the books and when you run her drivers license number it still comes back to her old adrress.

my friend and I are having an argument because her car got repo'd about a month ago for not paying. She is in a much better poistion to pay now but i am tryin to tell her it dosn't matter how much money you make no bank is gonna give her anoth 20,000 loan

Ok so here's the deal- My son's father and I have been togeather for 3 years, since I was 15, he was my first everything and I love him sooo much but in the last 6 months or so we were having some problums. I came back to Jersey (where all our family is) from Michigan (where we's been living for a couple months) just for a week to see my family. Well half way through the week I found out I'm pregnant with our second child ( we have a 9 month old son) and I called him to tell and his responce was to tell me that he's in love with someone else and that he started seeing her right after i left and that he didn't want me to come back! Anyways about a month went by and then last weekend he came down here to see the baby and he told me he's moving back here and that he loves me and that it was the biggest mistake and that he was just upset. I still love him very much and I know it sounds stupid to take him back and i love him and miss him so much and have been so depressed since he left!

he usally sleeps through the night but is getting 5 teeth right now and is getting up 3 or 4 times and takes forever to get him back to sleep what can i do to help him!

My brothers getting married next month it's an evening wedding and my mother inlaw told me I shouldn't bring my 8 month old son witch I Kind of agree we as the receptionist wil probably run late but my whole family is going to be there and is expecting me to bring him? What do you think?
