Has anyone encountered problems with microsoft windows update 1803? My laptop screen turned blue and despite turning it off and on many times already, I still cannot access the control panel to let me uninstall the update or do system restore. My electronically challenged head is being pushed to the limit. Thanks.

why is it that a lot of muslims in most arab countries want the right to express themselves be honored when in other countries but they dont want to honor other people's rights to express themselves when in their countries. in saudi arabia for instance, to practice one's religion or even just to hold a conversation with the opposite sex is prohibited. mutawas or the religious police would just appear out of nowhere and would flog you in public. muslim nurses/doctors in uk and ireland are demanding to be allowed to wear their head

cover in theater/operating room just like what they do back in their countries. but female expats again in saudi are forced to wear abayas/black body cover even in summer. the muslims i have asked about this stated it is done to protect the expats from other muslims not exposed to the free world. or is it?

is it just me or are there others out there who have had enough of the mccanns. not to be negative about it but there are many kids gone missing not just in britain but in other parts of the globe and kids whos condition is as far worse than theirs and yet they dont seem to be getting loads of publicity. and i just dont buy the whole "we're innocent" claim of the mccann's. im not suggesting that they killed their daughter. but accidents do happen. what if madeline was accidentally decapitated leading to her death, whether through negligence or abuse either by her own parents or another entity, and the parents for arguments sake disposed of the body to avoid prosecution. there have been many cases where parents of missing kids have openly campaigned for their children's whereabouts just to hide their guilt. i think it's high time the media concentrate more on forensic evidence rather than on following up the frequent travels of the couple.

i am in a new relationship. everything happened so fast that im still getting used to the whole "couple" thingy. we both felt it was quite a whirlwind type of relationship but we also know that we both want this to work out. anyhoo, we ran into an acquaintance of mine in a lift and i made the mistake of introducing him as a friend. i aplogized when i realized what i did and though he said we're cool, i have this nagging thought at the back of my head that he is not completely cool with the mistake i made. any suggestions out there on how i can deal with this puny mistake will be appreciated. thanks.
