Will NASCAR help Hendrick Motor Sport get their 200th win, like they are helping Jimmie Johnson by letting his crew chief get away with just about anything he wants and only fining them instead of taking points away.

Instead of NASCAR fining drivers or owners for infractions (because money means nothing to them) why not make the driver start at the tail end of the next race regardless of where he qualifies.
