How do I format a cell column to put my data in order by date?

I started working for a chiropractic clinic. When I was hired the chiropractor said it was "required" to receive adjustments. He did my x-rays my first week of work. Then my second week he gave me my first adjustment. That same week he decided to let me go. I did not do anything to be fired either. He said I just wasn't clicking with the job and didn't think i'd work. My question being can he really tell me its required start free care on me and then after letting me go just quit and leave my back in that condition. Ever since he adjusted my back I have been in much worse pain then normal. Also I have been suffering insomnia to. I was in a car accident and did have previous back problems but I was not being treated or taking pain meds for this. I would some times treat it with ib profin. In the occasion I was in discomfort. Again now ever since he did the adjustment my back is in bad pain. Do I have a case against him? I would not have started the treatment if 1. he didn't say it was required. 2. I knew he was going to let me go and then I would have to pay for the remainder of treatment. (he didn't offer to let me continue treatment either btw)

I work for a illinois state home aid service in rockford il. The man who I take care of has frequently been saying he is looking for another personal aid to replace me due to me living 40 miles away. I have worked there almost 7 months and he wouldn't be letting me go for doing bad work or any thing just because he needs someone who lives with in 15-20 mins of him in case of emergency. He has many health issues. Will I be able to collect unemployment until I find a new job? I have a feeling he is going to find someone before I can get another job.

we bought a house in May of this year. We filed an amended tax return to receive the $8000 tax credit. my question is when I file our taxes for 09 in january can i still write off my interest and property taxes. I have heard that yes I can and then I have also heard from one person I can't for a certain amount of time because we got the 8000 tax credit. I am looking for the correct answer in writing off a web page or something. No offense but word of mouth goes both ways. I already know that I can't move for 3 years or I have to pay the $8000 back. That is the only stipulation I recall coming across in the information on the tax credit.

Our home was recently severely damaged by hail. As a result our insurance company has approved for us to have a new roof and siding put on. We want to pick the colors that would be nice looking and also good for resale. We plan on selling our house in about 3 years. We have come down to these 3 colors

(all earth tones)

1. green..not a bright obnoxious green. A mellow earth tone green.

2. a medium in darkness gray

3. a very light tan color.

we like the green, then grey, then tan in that order.

would you buy a house which was one of those colors?

we found a home in a area of illinois that is usually very hard to buy into because of cost. right now due to the economy we found a good buy that basically just needs a face lift. No major problems with the house..needs painting..new carpet ect. we are approved for roughly $45,000 more then we will pay for the house so generally will they lend you something like $20,000 over what your paying for the house to use on the home? The tube is pretty mangled so I can't read any thing it said. Im assuming lip stick is non toxic seeing as you put it on your lips. Do you think I have any reason to be concerned? other than her stained fur lol.
