In the cooking instructions it says : Cook the chicken to 180 degrees and remove the chicken from the pot and place it onto a platter.
2) Then form a tent over the chicken using aluminum foil and allow it to sit for 10-15 minutes.
What is the purpose of step 2. Isn't the chicken done once I remove it from the crock pot anyway?
