My board is a fiberglass board w/ eps foam. Theres a hairline fracture on the nose and the dude that i bought it from said he sealed it but its not completely sealed because i took it out yesterday and when i was done, part of the seal was foaming so i know its not water tight. What is a good cheap way to just seal the whole thing up. I was looking at solarez and it looks legit but i dont know which one is safe to use on my board. Please help, i gotta get back in the water but with the freakin crack i cant. 10 pts for best, quick answer. heres a pic of it.

Im a wrestler and i started to run track. normally, when i run i dont have any knee pain but today we had a intense workout consisting of multiple long sprints on our crappy track. our track is basically concrete with a a 1/2 centimeter of dirt on it. Now it hurts to walk and there is a pain in the left side of my right knee. anybody know whats going on?
